AIIMS INI CET January 2025 final seat position released, check list of Provisionally Qualified Candidates

New Delhi- The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released the final seat position for the INICET 2025 january session. Along with this, the institute has also published the Roll Number wise list of Provisionally Qualified Candidates in the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI-CET) for admission into postgraduate (PG) courses [MD, MS, DM (6 yrs), MCh (6 yrs) and MDS] January 2025 Session at the Institutes of National Importance (INI) for medical education namely, AIIMS-New Delhi and other AIIMS, JIPMER-Puducherry, PGIMER-Chandigarh, NIMHANS-Bengaluru & SCTIMST, Trivandrum.

The roll number-wise list of provisionally qualified candidates in INI-CET is declared on the basis of performance in the online CBT exam which was held on 10th November 2024. As per the result, a total of 2868 candidates are qualified in MD, MS, DM (6 yrs), MCh (6 yrs) Courses. This result is published on the basis of information provided by the candidates in the online application for INI-CET without any scrutiny regarding detailed eligibility, category certificates, sponsorship certificates etc. as applicable.

All candidates (including those who have not qualified) have been awarded percentile scores based on their performance in INI-CET. This can be viewed in “MyPage” on the AIIMS New Delhi official portal after login using Candidate ID and Password. The Qualifying percentile of the qualified candidates has been determined according to the pattern & scheme of the Examination.

In cases where more than one candidate secures equal MARKS, the tie has been resolved by applying the following criteria sequentially-

1 Less negative marks.

2 Older by age.

Status after preliminary verification of uploaded certificate (OBC/EWS) will be provided in email. Validity of category certificate shall be applicable. Candidates who have claimed community reservations/relaxation and fail to provide valid certificates and are within the cut-off percentile for unreserved seats shall be treated as Unreserved. Candidates who have claimed community reservations/relaxation and fail to provide valid certificates and are not within the cut-off percentile of unreserved seats shall not be considered as qualified even if their roll no appears in this result.

This result is provisional and subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria. Any qualified candidate who fails to fulfil eligibility criteria of respective INIs will not be considered for Seat Allocation in that Institute. In case of any discrepancy detected at any stage candidature/admission will be liable to be cancelled (even after admission).

Along with this, AIIMS has also released a final Seat Position for admission to PG courses of INIs for the INI-CET January 2025 session. As per the final Seat Position, a total of 1509 seats are vacant in the INI-CET January 2025 session.
