AIIMS INI CET January 2026 open round results declared, reporting deadline February 28th

New Delhi: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi, recently announced the results of the open round of seat allotment for the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI CET) January 2026 session.
The results were announced on the official website of AIIMS New Delhi. Therefore, candidates who participated in the open round counselling can now download their INI CET 2026 allotment results from the link attached below.
The open round allotment list includes candidates who were eligible for seat allotment in this phase. Seat allotment is based solely on the original merit list, the applicable category, the options filled by the candidate, and seat availability.
Seats for the open round were allocated based on the original merit list and applicable reservation categories. The order of institute and speciality allocation was determined based on merit rank, preferences submitted during counselling, and seat availability at participating institutes.
Meanwhile, candidates who have secured seats through the open round will have to complete all the formalities like confirming the allotment, submitting the required documents and reporting to their respective institutes by 11 am on February 28, 2026. However, failure to submit the required certificates will result in cancellation of candidature, and the allotted seat (institution and subject/speciality) will be vacated.
Additionally, candidates who fail to report and join within the stipulated time will forfeit their security deposit of ₹3 lakh. Additional penalties and forfeiture conditions, as detailed in the official information brochure for the open round, will also apply.
Required documents include an offer letter, seat allocation slip, final registration slip, and an AIIMS admit card. Additionally, candidates must submit their MBBS or BDS mark sheet, corresponding degree certificate, internship completion certificate, and a permanent or provisional registration certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
Applicants must also provide proof of their date of birth, such as a high school, higher secondary certificate, or birth certificate. Those seeking reservation benefits must also provide their original caste certificate, where applicable.
