AIIMS INI CET July 2022 information brochure, FAQs released, Choice filling facility available till June 27, Check out all details
New Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Delhi) has released the provisional information brochure, schedule and FAQs related to the online seat allocation for admission to PG courses - MD, MS, DM, MCH, and MDS of INIs for the July 2022 session.
The candidates can fill the choices (Institute and subject/speciality) for the Mock Round till 27th June 2022, 5:00 pm. The announcement of seat allocation of mock of 1st round, exercising of choices (institute and subject/speciality) for 1st round, the information of seat allocation of 1st round, online acceptance of allocated seat, reporting & submission of documents/security deposit will be announced in due course of time.
AIIMS has stated that eligibility criteria as per INI-CET Prospectus Part-A & Part-B, including any notices published, have been applied considering the information provided by the candidates in the online registration form.
All the candidates listed in the result notification dated 14th May 2022 will be eligible to participate in the mock round and 1st round of the online seat allocation. Those candidates who have not uploaded or uploaded invalid documents in relation to the candidature as OBC/EWS will be considered only in the UR category as per the cut-off rank under the UR merit list. OBC/EWS candidates who failed to produce a valid category certificate and are lower in rank than the cut-off rank for UR will not be able to participate.
The seat will be allocated subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the prospectus/notices published on the website www.aiimsexams.ac.in. All activities are provisional and subject to change as per the decision of the respective competent authority.
The process for choice filling –
1. The eligible candidates must register on the PG online seat allocation portal [PAAS/PG Medien July 2022 of INI-CET]. The portal will remain open on dates specified in the important dates link.
2. The link for the portal will be activated only for eligible candidates on MyPage. On clicking the link, the eligible candidates will be directed to the online PG Seat allocation portal, where the candidates will have to register for online seat allocation and set a new password.
3. The candidate can log in using the credential used for filling the application form and completing other processes related to INI-CET PG Entrance Examination for July 2022 session.
4. This password is only to access the online PG Seat allocation portal. Once registered, the candidate will be able to log in to the online PG Seat allocation portal and begin the process of making choices (Institute and subject/speciality) and order the choices.
5. The choices can only be made after the candidates have registered and logged in using the new password for this portal. On logging in, the candidates will have to confirm their name and candidate ID.
6. Click on the Make Choice button to proceed to exercise choices.
7. To add a choice, choose the Institute and the subject/speciality from the two separate drop-down menus and Click Add choice. To remove a choice, click on the Delete button against that choice.
8. Click the Save button to save the choices of the institute, subject/speciality, and their order.
9. The default order of the choices will be the order in which the candidates have added choices. To reorder the choices, use up and down arrows or drag and drop the choice to the appropriate position in the list.
10. The candidate should click on the submit and lock choices tab, tick the checkbox I accept the declaration, and click on the submit and lock choices.
11. The candidates must take the printout once the choices are locked.
The candidates can fill the choices on the PG online seat allocation portal (a combination of institute and subject/speciality) as per their eligibility. They can arrange the options in desired order preference. There is no limitation on the number of choices that can be filled. The choices can be edited and reordered within the date and time specified in the important dates link in the portal. The candidates cannot refuse the seat allocated, so they should fill the choice carefully.
The choices cannot be edited and reordered after the closing date of exercising of choice of 1st round of seat allocation. The choices made by the candidate will be locked either by the candidate or will be automatically locked on the last date and time as specified in the important dates link in the portal.
For those who will not log in during exercising choices (institute and subject/speciality) for 1st round, their order of choice will be considered as per choices made during the mock round. The allocation of the 2nd round will be done per choices made by the candidates during the exercising of choice of 1st round seat allocation.
The candidates note that if they fail to login and select an option after seat allocation within the date and time specified in the important dates link, their allocated seat will be forfeited. They will not be able to participate in the further rounds.
AIIMS will carry out a mock seat allocation before 1st round of seat allocation. The mock seat allocation will represent the likely seat that candidates may be allocated as per their choices. The mock round seat allocation result will be announced per the date specified in the important dates link. The mock seat allocation and seat allocation for 1 st round shall be done per the schedule specified in the important dates link.
AIIMS New Delhi & 11 other AIIMS and JIPMER, Puducherry, the allocation of institute preferences will be done per roster point allocation for counselling (dynamic), which will be announced separately. No seat for NIMHANS, Bengaluru, PGIMER, Chandigarh, and SCTIMST, Trivandrum is available for institute preference.
All the candidates who have been allocated seats in the 1st round are required to login into the PG online seat allocation portal and actively choose one of the following options within the date and time specified in the important dates link -
1. Option 1. ACCEPT allotted seat and do not wish to participate in further rounds of seat allocation.
2. Option 2. ACCEPT allotted seat and want to participate in the 2nd round of seat allocation.
All the candidates who are allocated seats must report in person or through an authorized representative to the allotted institute within the date and times specified in the important dates link. The candidates/authorized representatives are required to deposit original certificates/deposit electronically Rs. 300000 as specified in the result notification of the seat allocation of the 1st round at the time of reporting.
Candidates of constitutional reservation must show valid proof of their claim for a reserved seat at the reporting INIs when depositing original certificates. Candidates availing PWBD horizontal reservation must show valid proof of their claim for an allocated reserved seat at the reporting INIs when depositing original certificates. The PWBD candidates' allocation will be done per Roster Point Allocation for counselling (Dynamic) of the final seat position.
Foreign National Candidates -
1. The seat allocation will be done in order of merit and according to choices made by the candidates as described in point no 2.
2. The candidates will be eligible to exercise of choice only as per Subject/ Institute those are filled in the online registration form.
3. All allocation of Foreign National/OCI candidates will be done on the basis of as per Subject/Institute filled in the online registration for the July 2022 session.
4. Only one best Subject/Speciality and Institute available at that rank will be allocated during online seat allocation.
5. The process of admission will be done as per the procedure available for other candidates.
Sponsored Candidates:
1. The seat allocation will be done in order of merit and according to choices made by the candidates as described in point no 2.
2. In case any discrepancy is found in online data with the Sponsorship certificate valid information in the Sponsorship certificate will be accepted as per eligibility criteria.
3. The candidates are eligible to exercise of choice only as per Subject/ Institute those are available in the Sponsorship Certificate.
4. In case, the NOC has been received in place of a Sponsorship certificate, the seat allocation will be done as per the subject/Institute available in the online registration.
5. If the subject is not mentioned against the candidate's name in the Sponsorship certificate, no allocation will be done for that institute.
6. If the subject is not mentioned against the candidate's name in the Sponsorship certificate, but the subject is available in the online registration, the candidate can make exercising of choices as per the subject available in the online registration
7. All allocation of Sponsored candidates will be done on the basis of the Subject/Institute available in the Sponsorship Certificate/online registration for the July 2022 session.
8. Only one best Subject/Speciality and Institute available at that rank will be allocated during online seat allocation.
9. The process of admission will be done as per the procedure available for other candidates.
For those who have not been allocated any seat in the 1st round of seat allocation, the allocation will be done in the 2nd round of seat allocation as per their choice filled during the exercising of choice of 1st round in order of merit, if they follow the guidelines given in the Information brochure of 2nd round of seat allocation. The seat allocation of the subject available in sponsored category for PGIMER will be done by PGIMER Chandigarh separately.
