AIIMS INI SS January 2025 Round 3 results out
New Delhi- All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has announced the 3rd round of online institute allotment for AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS, PGIMER, JIPMER, NIMHANS and SCTIMST for DM, MCh and MD (Hospital Administration) courses for January 2025 session. This result is in continuation of the previous result of the 1st and 2nd rounds of institute allotment against the subject/speciality applied respectively for admission to DM, MCh and MD (HA) courses for the January 2025 session. This result is prepared as per the choice filled during the 1st round of institute allotment and the merit obtained in AML and CML.
Meanwhile, AIIMS New Delhi has issued General Rules for the candidates for Online Institute Allocation. The Rules detailing the procedure and document submission for the candidates who have been allotted Institute against their course or subjects in the 3rd round of online Institute Allocation.
All candidates who have been allotted an Institute in the 3rd Round of Online Institute Allocation or have not upgraded an Institute allotted in 2nd round of allocation are required to login through the online Institute allocation portal, accept the allotted Seat and report at the allotted Institute by 09 February 2025 (up to 5.00 pm).
However, it is to be noted that if any candidate who has been allocated the Institute in the 3rd Round of Online Institute Allocation does not respond in any of the above manner, his/her Institute allocation shall stand cancelled and he/she shall be ineligible for admission in DM, MCh and MD (Hosp. Administration) courses at allotted Institute.
POLICY REGARDING THE DEPOSITING OF DOCUMENTS/CERTIFICATES/DD
The claim to the allotted Institute by candidates is subject to verification of original documents for eligibility as applicable as well as identity verification of the candidate. If a candidate fails to submit all required certificates (original or photocopies with DD) his/her candidature shall stand cancelled.
The following list of Documents/Certificates that are required to be deposited in Original/DD 3 Lakhs along with one set of self-attested photocopies as applicable-
i Offer Letter.
ii Institute allocation letter.
iii Final Registration Slip.
iv Admit Card issued by AIIMS.
v 10th passing/ Birth Certificate showing his/her date of birth.
vi MBBS degree & all years’ mark sheet.
vii MD/MS degree/provisional pass certificate.
viii OBC/SC/ST/EWS or Ex-Serviceman certificate if you have taken any age relaxation.
ix Upgraded Institute Candidate may submit/produce bonafide/receipt of submitted documents at previously allotted Institute to upgraded Institute.
x Medical Council Registration.
Meanwhile, the OBC(NCL) certificate should be issued from 01 April 2024 to 25 October 2024 (Both Dates inclusive), the EWS certificate from 01 April 2024 & on or before the date of application 25 October 2024 and SC/ST/Ex-Serviceman/PWBD certificate should be issued before 25 October 2024.
However, it is to be noted that the certificate from any other person/authority will not be accepted and no further correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. The name, designation and the seal of the officer should be legible on the certificate.
