AIIMS INI SS July 2022: 229 Seats Available for candidates in Spot Round, Check out schedule
New Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has announced schedule for On-the-Spot Round for institute allocation against applied subject for admission to DM/MCh/MD (Hospital Administration) courses of INIs for July 2022 session. The seat matrix for the same has also been released.
The detailed schedule –
1. Online Willingness/Registration at Candidate MyPage for participating in On-the-Spot counseling for admission to DM/MCh/MD (Hosp. Admin.) courses for July 2022 session – Till 26th August 2022, 5:00 pm.
2. Result for allotment of Institute against the applied subject in On-Spot Round of counseling – 29th August 2022
The process to register -
1. To register go to www.aiimsexams.ac.in.Select the desired course "DM/MCh/MD (Hosp. Admin.)" under the "Academic Courses" tab and then click on the "Registration/Login" under General Links to proceed further to register.
2. Enter Registration ID and Password to log in.
3. On "My Page," click on the "Online Counselling" link.
4. Candidates must register for spot-counselling and fill choices as per the vacant seat position & Eligibility. It is also required to create new login credentials for those candidates who have not participated earlier in INI-SS July-2022 counselling.
5. Candidates who have participated earlier may use old login credentials which were used in 1st, 2nd & 3rd rounds of counselling.
6. Candidate will have to deposit an amount of Three Lakh (3.0 Lakh) in the account of the Account Officer Examination Section, AIIMS New Delhi, through RTGS, NEFT, or any other electronic Mode of payment. The account detail is enclosed in the notice below.
7. Candidate must submit/attach the payment details and cancel the cheque in the online portal (My Page).
8. No candidate will be considered for on-spot round counseling without prior willingness/registration, the deposit of three Lakh(03.00 Lakh) & uploading of such payment receipts.
Eligibility -
1. Candidates who have appeared in INI-SS for the July 2022 session held on Saturday, the 23rd April 2022, and obtained the following will be deemed to be provisionally eligible (subject to other criteria) to participate in the Spot Round of Institute Allocation.
2. The candidates having obtained 50% OR above marks are eligible for an on-the-spot round of Institute allocation.
Allocation of institutes will be done according to their merit in AML & CML. Candidates who applied for General seats will be eligible only for General seats, and applied for sponsored seats will be eligible only for sponsored seats. There will be no merging of seats from general to sponsored or sponsored to General.
Eligibility for AIIMS New Delhi & Six other AIIMS, Candidates should mandatorily be on AIIMS Merit List. Candidates holding a seat at any Institute in the previous Round are not eligible for this spot round. The Sponsored & Foreign National/OCI candidates may also participate in the on-the-spot admission round.

A total of 229 seats are allocated for 2nd Round of seat allocation. DM and MCh courses have 207, and Hospital Administration has 22 seats.

Seats are strictly non-convertible/noninterchangeable between different groups unless expressly mentioned per rules applicable at any participating INIs. Any seats remaining vacant in respective groups (General Seats, Sponsored Seats & Foreign National Seats) shall be filled subsequently as per rules applicable at respective INIs.
