AIIMS issue notice on open counselling for BSc Hons Paramedical courses, Details

New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the AIIMS has informed about the Open counselling for BSc Hons Paramedical courses scheduled to be held on 08.01.2021.

Candidates who are interested to participate in Open Round of Seat Allocation of B.Sc. (HONS.) COURSES (Paramedical) to be held in offline mode at JL Auditorium, AIIMS, New Delhi on 08.01.2021 will be required to register themselves online for Open Round of Seat Allocation on the AIIMS website. The Online Registration opened on 28.12.2020 (Monday) & close on 04.01.2021 (Monday) (05.00 PM).

All candidates who have appeared in the Entrance Examination can register themselves online for open round of Counseling.

1. To register go to www.aiimsexams.org.

2. Select your desired course "B.Sc. (Hons) in Medical Technology in Radiography Bachelor of Optometry" Under "Academic Courses" tab.

3. Enter your Registration ID and Password to login.

4. Opt "MyPage" click on "Register for Open Round of Seat Allocation/Counselling" link & register yourself.

5. Take printout of Registration Slip for open round.

6. Produce printout of the Registration slip to attend Open Round of Seat Allocation/Counselling alongwith all original certificates and one set of Photocopy of certificates at the above mentioned venue on specified date & time.

7. Candidates will not be allowed to attend Open Round of Seat Allocation/Counselling without production of Registration slip generated at the time of online registration for Open Round of Seat Allocation/Counselling and other required certificate.

The Open round of (offline) counselling for filling up the following B.Sc. (Hons.) Paramedical course seats for August 2020 session which remained vacant after 2nd round of (online) counseling will be held on 08.01.2021 for AIIMS Delhi, AIIMS Rishikesh and AIIMS Bhubaneswar seats:-

Note: The number of seats indicated against each courses is provisional and may vary at the time of open Counselling.

1. All candidates who have appeared in the above examination held on 21-08-2020 irrespective of their rank in the entrance examination and are interested in participating in open Round of Counselling (Physical Mode) by being physically present will be eligible.
2. No Candidate will be allowed to report after 10:00 Am on 08.01.2021.
3. All such registered candidate shall report for open round of counselling on 08.01.2021 at 09:30 AM at JL Auditorium, AIIMS, New Delhi with following documents( in original) along with a set of self attested copies of all certificates:
a. Registration slip of online registration of open round of counselling.
b. Registration slip & Admit card downloaded from website
c. Proof of Date of Birth (10th Certificate/Birth Certificate)
d. Proof of belonging to ST/SC/OBC(NCL)/EWS Category
e. 10+2 Maksheets & Certificate
f. Migration Certificates
Note:- The SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate should be issued by the competent authority and should be in English or Hindi in language. Community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. The validity of OBC (NCL)/EWS certificate shall be 16.04.2019 to 21.08.2020 (both date inclusive). Certificate issued within this period shall be accepted only.
4. The allocation of seats will be made strictly as per rank/merit of the candidates in the entrance examination and on the terms and conditions as mentioned in the prospectus. The selected candidates are required to join immediately after they are found medically fit. No extensions under any circumstances will be granted.
5. No authorized representative will be allowed to attend the open counselling.
6. The candidates who are pursuing any course or have opted any seats elsewhere are required to bring proof of acceptance of their resignation letter/seat surrender letter in original in the open counselling otherwise they will not be allowed to attend the open counseling.
7. Other terms & conditions shall remain same as indicated in the Prospectus & Important Notices published for August, 2020 session. If any query/enquiry candidate can contact to Academic Section 011-26546430.
Important:- In case, during the open counselling any ST Seat remains vacant (after calling all eligible candidates of ST category) then this vacant seat shall be made available SC category candidate and vice versa and even after doing this, if any SC/ST seat remains vacant (after calling all eligible candidates of SC/ST category) then this vacant seat shall be made available to the eligible General Category candidate. Similarly, in case of the OBC/EWS seat remains vacant after calling all eligible OBC/EWS candidates then this vacant OBC/EWS seat shall be made available to the eligible General category candidate.
