AIIMS Nagpur Issues Round 1 Reporting Instructions For DM,M.Ch. Candidates, Details
Nagpur- Through a notice, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Nagpur) has issued certain instructions regarding the reporting of Super-speciality (DM/M.Ch.) Round 1 candidates for the January 2025 session.
As per the notice, all students who have exercised option 1 (i.e. retaining their seat at AIIMS Nagpur) should get DD of Rs.3375/- (Three thousand three hundred seventy-five rupees only) in the name of "Director AIIMS Nagpur" payable at Nagpur at the time of reporting.
Along with this, candidates are also required to submit the following original documents along with a self-attested photocopy of the same at the time of reporting-
I. Offer letter
II. Allocation Slip
III. Registration slip
IV. Admit card issued by AIIMS Delhi
V. Mark sheets of MBBS 1st ,2nd and 3rd Professional Examinations.
VI. MBBS Degree certificate
VII. Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or State Medical Council.
VIII. High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate for proof of date of birth. (Matriculation)
IX. MD/MS Passing (degree/provisional) certificate.
X. Mark Sheet of MD/MS.
XI. MD/MS Tenure/ course completion certificate with date of completion.
XII. The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable:
a) SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority.
b) OBC/EWS Original Certificate issued by the competent authority and that have been issued within the dates as prescribed, should be in English or Hindi language. Community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. The OBC/EWS certificate must be valid for admission in Central Govt. Institution. The validity of OBC/EWS Certified shall be as follows: -
(i) Date (s) of valid OBC (NCL) certificate. The OBC (NCL) certificate issued in the respective financial year i.e. issued from 01.04.2024 to 25.10.2024 (on or before date of exam). Both dates inclusive will be considered valid.
(ii) The EWS certificate must be valid for financial year 2024-2025 and issued between 01.04.2024 to 25.10.2024 (on or before date of exam), both dates inclusive based on income of year 2023-2024.
