AIIMS Raipur issues guidelines for MBBS admissions through round 2 counselling, check details

Raipur: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Raipur) Raipur has issued detailed instructions for students allotted to the MBBS course for the 2025 session through the 2nd round of counseling.

Students are required to complete admission formalities, including reporting for document verification, fee payment, hostel allotment, and anti-ragging compliance, by 19th September 2025. The orientation program is scheduled to begin on 20th September 2025, and regular classes will commence from 29th September 2025.

All the concerned students are advised to take note of the following details:

1. FOR THE STUDENTS WHO ARE UPGRADED TO OTHER INSTITUTE IN 2ND ROUND COUNSELING (Refer Notice No. 2128 dated: 03.09.2025)

♦ Students are required to report to AIIMS Raipur to collect their original documents/certificates and Relieving Letter

♦ Students must come themselves for collecting the original documents and Relieving Letter

♦ Student(s) has to give a letter addressing “Dean (Academics)” for his release of original documents/certificates and Relieving Letter along with new Provisional Allotment Letter

♦ After collecting their original documents and Relieving Letter, student then may proceed to newly allotted institute

2. FOR THE STUDENTS WHO ARE NOT UPGRADED IN 2ND ROUND COUNSELING i.e. ALLOTED TO AIIMS RAIPUR IN 2ND ROUND (Refer Notice No. 2128 dated: 03.09.2025)

♦ Students who wish to confirm their seat at AIIMS Raipur and do not want to participate in 3rd Round of Counseling, are required to report to Academic Section, 4th Floor, A-Block, New Administrative and Academic Building, Gate No. 5, AIIMS Raipur” to complete the admission formalities, AIIMS Raipur as per the counseling dates:

♦ Complete the following formalities as given below:

(a) Pay the fee, Instruction for paying fee(s) is given in the notice

(b) Form for Hostel Allotment – print the Hostel Allotment Form and bring filled in during reporting of 2nd Round.

(c) Anti-Ragging Undertaking – follow the guidelines in thenotice

3. FOR THE STUDENTS WHO ARE ALLOTED AIIMS RAIPUR FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2ND ROUND (Refer Notice No. 2128 dated: 03.09.2025)

♦ Students are instructed to Report to “Academic Section, 4th Floor, A-Block, New Administrative and Academic Building, Gate No. 5, AIIMS Raipur” to complete the admission formalities.

♦ Students who wish to confirm their seat at AIIMS Raipur and do not want to participate in 3rd Round of Counseling, complete the formalities as per S.No. 2.

4. FOR ALL THE STUDENTS WHO HAVE CONFIRMED THEIR SEAT AT AIIMS RAIPUR (NOT OPTED FOR UPGRADTION DURING 1ST ROUND)

♦ If you have not paid the fee, please the fees

♦ If you have not filled the following forms and undertaking, you are requested to fill following Google Forms and undertaking as per S.No. 2:

1. Google Form for Academic Details

2. Google Form for Hostel Allotment

3. Anti-Ragging Undertaking

♦ Note: If you have filled above forms and undertaking, you don’t need to fill again.

Instruction for all the students:

5. All the students are instructed to report to “Academic Section, 4th Floor, A-Block, New Administrative and Academic Building, Gate No. 5, AIIMS Raipur” to complete the formalities of admission to MBBS course – 2025 on or before 19th September 2025.

6. For Candidates who wants to participate in 3rd Round, please follow the instructions given by the MCC, DGHS on their website.

7. The Orientation Programme will commence from 20th September 2025 from 09:30 AM. All students who have confirmed their seat in AIIMS Raipur must attend the Orientation Programme. Parents are also invited and encouraged to attend the Orientation Programme.

8. The Orientation Programme is for all the students (i.e. who have confirmed their seats in 1st and 2nd round).

9. Regular Classes of MBBS 1st Prof. 2025 batch shall start from 29th September 2025.

10. All students are advised to keep scanned copy of their original documents/certificates for future use. Also, these documents are required to be uploaded in Google Form of the institute.

11. Candidates are advised to visit, Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) website , AIIMS New Delhi website and AIIMS Raipur website for further updates, if any.
