BDS Admissions: KNRUHS Notifies On Web Options For Special Stray Vacancy Round for competent authority quota candidates

Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has issued notification regarding Web-Options For Special Stray Vacancy Phase Of Counseling For Admissions Into BDS Admission under competent Authority Quota 2023-24

The university ahs notified the conduct of Special stray vacancy phase of web based counseling for vacant seats after stray vacancy phase of counseling under Competent Authority Quota (C.Q) for BDS course for 2023-24 in Government, Private Dental Colleges including Army Dental College.

Candidates whose names are notified in the provisional final merit list of MBBS/BDS Admissions on the KNRUHS website are eligible to exercise web - options online from computer with internet connection subject to the following conditions.

1. The Candidates who were allotted BDS seats in the previous phases of counseling and have reported/ not reported/discontinued the course at the respective college are not eligible for exercising options.

2. Candidates who have not exercised web options in the first phase of counseling are not eligible to exercise web options.

3. Candidates who have joined in MBBS course under KNRUHS, YSRUHS and AIQ are not eligible to exercise web options.

4. Candidates who have joined in BDS course in AIQ counseling are not eligible to exercise web options

5. Candidates who have joined BDS course in Dr. YSRUHS counseling are not eligible to exercise web options

All the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the Provisional final merit list on KNRUHS website can exercise web options for admission into BDS course from 08.00 A.M. on 09.11.2023 to 06.00 P.M. on 10.11.2023 through website

UNIVERSITY FEE: Allotted Candidates have to pay University fee of Rs. 12,000/- for BDS Course through payment Gateway by using Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter. Candidates who have paid University fee in the previous phases need not pay again.

NOTE:

1. The details of vacant BDS seats available (seat matrix) are placed in the website http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in . Candidates can exercise web options for BDS seats in all Dental colleges affiliated to KNRUHS through https://tsbdsadm.tsche.in/.

2. The allotment of seats will be made in accordance with the selection procedure notified in Government orders G.O.Ms.No. 114 HM&FW(C1) Dept. Dated:05-07-2017, subsequent amendments, G.O. Ms. No. 125, Health, Dental and Family Welfare (C1) Department Dated: 22.09.2022, G.O. Ms. No. 72, Health, Dental and Family Welfare (C1) Department Dated: 03-07-2023 , G.O. Ms. No. 75, Health, Dental and Family Welfare (C1) Department Dated: 04-07-2023 and relevant Hon'ble High Court/Supreme court orders and University regulations.

3. Candidates are advised to go through the Prospectus and the Government Orders on Rules of UG admissions available on website before exercising web options.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES:

1) Eligible NEET-UG-2023 qualified candidates as per provisional final merit list for Competent Authority Quota can exercise web options for vacant BDS seats in all Dental colleges affiliated to KNRUHS as per their interest and priority from computer with internet connection.

2) Candidates exercising web-options for BDS Course are informed that there is no limit of choices (number) web-options. Candidates can exercise web options for vacant seats in any number of colleges the candidate is interested to join as per candidate’s eligibility.

3) One time pass word will be sent to the registered mobile number at the time of exercising web-options. The pass word consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z.

4) Candidates are instructed to take a print out of saved options.

5) Candidates will receive SMS message on their registered mobile after allotment of seat, if allotted. Candidates are also informed to login to check their allotment status through https://tsbdsadm.tsche.in/. website after each phase of counseling.

6) The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should check their allotment and report to the Principal of respective college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.

7) Selected candidates have to report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates, relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within specified date for joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically.

8) Candidates are hereby informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action may be initiated as per University regulations.

9) Candidates are hereby informed that they have to compulsorily join in the seat if alloted in this phase of counselling as this is the last phase of counselling. If candidates fail to get admitted they will have to pay penalty amount of Rs.20 lakhs as per Government Orders. Candidates also will be debarred for 3 years for BDS admission under KNRUHS to prevent seat blocking.

10) Candidates are informed that as per Hon’ble Supreme Court orders and in accordance with GO.Ms.No. 125 HM & FW Department, dated. 22.09.2023, admitted candidates are not permitted to withdraw from the course after Mop-up phase of counseling onwards.

11) Admitted candidates will have to pay discontinuation penalty amount of Rs.20 lakhs as per Government Orders, if they discontinue the course after the Mop up phase of counseling to get their original certificates back. Candidates also will be debarred for 3 years for BDS admission under KNRUHS to prevent seat blocking.

12) The University fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
