BFUHS Allows 76 Debarred NEEET Candidates To Submit Declarations
Faridkot: 76 candidates who were debarred for Punjab State Quota seats during 1st round of online counselling for admission under NEET UG 2022 in the State of Punjab have been granted permission to submit their declaration, announced Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS). The lists of candidates who have not submitted their declaration on 2nd November 2022 have also been released.
As per the notices, these candidates did not submit their declaration that they have not applied in the State Other than Punjab for State Quota seats on 2nd November 2022 till 5:00 pm. But now, one more chance is given to them. They can submit their declaration up to 10.11.2022 (5:00 pm), so their candidature may be considered for Punjab State Quota seats during the 2nd round of online counselling. This is the final opportunity; no more opportunities will be given after that.
A list of candidates who have not submitted their declaration on 2nd November 2022 has also been released. The detailed list is enclosed in the notice below.
It has come to the university's notice that many candidates who have applied for allocation of seats are bonafide residents in the State of Punjab, as per clause 11 of the Punjab Govt notification no. 5/5/2021-5HB-111/2221 dated 22.8.22 and as per clarification issued on 14.10.2022, have also applied under state quota of other states, namely Haryana, Rajasthan, Chandigarh, UP, etc. for admission to MBBS/BDS courses under NEET UG 2022.
Baba Farid University of Health Sciences was established in July 1998 by Punjab Act No. 18. It is named after Baba Farid, a 12th-century Punjabi Sufi headquartered in Faridkot. The mission of the University is to create an intellectual, academic, and physical environment conducive to the free flow of ideas and exchange of information between various faculties of the University and between this University and other Universities of Health Sciences in the country and abroad.
Recently Medical Dialogues team reported that BFUHS had announced the provisional allotment of seats for round 1 under NEET UG 2022. Details related to domicile have also been released. The allotment list consists of Reg No, Roll No, NEET Marks, NEET Rank, Name, and F' Name. The detailed list is enclosed in the notice below. Objections are invited from the candidates up to 04-011-2022, 10:00 am in person.
