BFUHS Invites Fresh Application For Mop-Up Round of MD, MS, PG Diploma, DNB, PGDSM, Ultrasonography, MDS admissions
Faridkot: Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) invited new online applications and willingness along with the requisite fee for vacant seats of MD/MS/PG Diploma/DNB/PGDSM/six months training in Ultrasonography/MDS courses for Mop Up round. The list of candidates who have submitted willingness for the Mop-Up round has also been released.
The candidates can apply through the University website from 09.11.2022 to 10.11.2022. For Mop Up counselling, Fresh registered candidates must submit the fee of Rs. 5900 (SC Rs. 2950), including GST, through the University payment gateway up to 10.11.2022.
Security deposit (refundable/adjustable security) - to be deposited at the time of submitting willingness by the applicants through payment gateway through the university website along with conditions for seats in Govt. as well as Private colleges of the State of Punjab –

The candidates applying under Sikh Minority/Christian Minority Quota will report to the respective minority institution (SGRD Institute of Medical Sciences, Amritsar / Christian Minority College, Ludhiana) for verification of minority status. The candidates who have already verified their minority status need not be verified again. The following candidates are eligible for the Mop Up round -
1. The candidates who are registering for the first time.
2. The candidates who have not joined the allotted seat of 2nd Counseling and exit with forfeiture of fee can apply afresh for the Mop Up Round.
The candidates who need not apply afresh for MopUp Round of Counseling - The candidates who are already registered but have not been allotted any seat in Rounds I and II. (these candidates must submit willingness and the requisite security deposit for the Mop-up round of counselling).
The candidates who are not eligible for the Mop Up Round of Counseling - The candidates who are holding/joined the allotted seat of Round I or Round II.
Merit list –
1. The Provisional Merit List will be prepared based on the NEET PG 2022 score/rank of all the applicants who have submitted willingness to participate in the Mop-up of a round of online PG Medical Counselling.
2. Merely appearing in the provisional merit list does not confer any right for allotment.
3. The eligibility of candidates will be taken into consideration as per Punjab Govt. Notification at the time of allotment will be verified at the time of joining by the allotted institute.
It is the responsibility of the candidate to fill in the correct information in the online form. For any wrong information filled in at the time of submitting an online application for admission, the candidate is liable for appropriate legal action. The provisional selection will be cancelled at any time if information submitted by the applicant is found to be incorrect or the candidate is found ineligible as per Punjab Govt. notification/allotment norms.
Stay vacancy -
BFUHS has further notified that the stray vacancy round for PG Medical/Dental courses on physical mode walk-in stray vacancy round for leftover seats (if any) after the Mop-up round of counselling will be held on 23.11.2022 at 10.00 AM at Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.
Eligibility for the stray vacancy - All registered candidates who were not allotted seats in any of the previous rounds can participate in the vacancy round.
Candidates note that they will transfer the six-month fee on the spot to the university account in case of selection. Terms and conditions/process for Counseling shall be as per Notices and FAQs posted on the website of MCC/University from time to time.
