BFUHS MD, MS, PG Diploma, DNB, Ultrasonography admissions 2021: Check out schedule, details for mop-up, stray vacancy rounds

Faridkot: Through a written notice Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has invited registrations from candidates eligible for mop-up round of NEET PG 2021 counselling and DNB PDCET candidates seeking admissions into DNB post Diploma courses. Besides, the university has also notified about the start vacancy round of PG medical admissions.

All the concerned aspirants are advised to take note of the following detals as mentioned below:

Fresh online applications and willingness alongwith requisite fee for vacant seats of MD/MS/PG Diploma/DNB/PGDSM/six months training in Ultrasonography courses for MOP Up round are invited through University website from 10.03.2022 to 14.03.2022 from NEET PG-2021 qualified candidates.

  • The following candidates are eligible for Mop Up round :

a. The candidates who are registering for the first time.

b.The candidates who have not joined the allotted seat of 2nd Counseling and exit with forfeiture of fee can apply afresh for MopUp Round.

  • The candidates who need not to apply afresh for Mop Up Round of counseling

a. The candidates who are already registered but have not been allotted any seat in Round I and II.

  • The candidates who are not eligible for Mop Up Round of counseling

a. The candidates who are holding/joined the allotted seat of Round I or Round II.

For Mop Up counselling, Fresh registered candidates will have to submit fee of Rs. 5900 (SC Rs. 2950) including GST through University payment gateway upto 14.03.2022. The following is the refundable / adjustable security amount to be deposited at the time of submitting willingness by the applicants through payment gateway through university website alongwith conditions for seats in Govt. as well as Private colleges of State of Punjab :

The detailed schedule for Mop Up round of PG Medical online Punjab State counseling is as under :

Display of tentative vacancy position of seats for Mop up round of PG Medical counseling.

Online portal for fresh applicants will open on university website

3.

Last date for online registration/application for fresh applicants.

(Fresh registered candidates will have to submit willingness for Mop up round. Failing which their candidature will not be considered.

14.03.2022

Last date of correction in online filled application form

5.

Fresh registered candidates will deposit Rs. 5900 (Rs. 2950 for SC candidates) including GST through university payment portal. Candidature of those candidates who will not deposit the fee upto stipulated date, will not be considered.

The last date for submitting willingness for Mop Up round of counselling by all the candidates (already registered candidates and fresh applicants) and deposition of security fee.

Only fresh registered PCMS incentive category candidates will submit NOC from the competent authority of Punjab Govt. through email (pgadmissionsbfuhs@gmail.com).

The candidates who will apply under Sikh Minority/Christian Minority Quota will report to the respective minority institution (SGRD Institute of Medical Sciences, Amritsar / Christian Minority College, Ludhiana) for verification of minority status. The candidates who have already got verified their minority status, need not to verify again. The candidates who have already registered under Minority Quota during 1st / 2nd counseling and did not get verified their minority status, can also verify the same for Mop up round of counseling.

The provisionally selected candidates will pay the balance amount of fee (Six month fee – security deposit) through university payment gateway through university website and will join the respective allotted college

DNB PDCET applications

Moreover, Online applications are invited upto 14.03.2022 for admission to DNB Post Diploma courses only on the basis of DNB PDCET-2021 from in-service candidates of State/Centre/Autonomus/PSU etc. as per terms and conditions/eligibility mentioned in the information bulletin available on the website of National Board of Examinations alongwith fee of Rs. 5900 (Rs. 2950 for SC candidates) including GST through university payment portal available on BFUHS website. STRAY VACANCY ROUND FOR PG MEDICAL COURSES

Walk in counselling for stray vacancy round for left over seats (if any) will be held on 28.03.2022 at 02.00 PM at Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot. Candidates will deposit the registration fee and transfer the six month fee on the spot in the university account. Terms and conditions/process for counseling shall be as per Notices and FAQs posted on website of MCC/University from time to time.

Note: The Provisional Merit List will be prepared on the basis of NEET PG 2021 score / rank of all the applicants who have submitted willingness to participate in Mop up round of online PG Medical Counselling. Merely appearing in the provisionally merit list does not confer any right for allotment, the eligibility of candidates will be taken into consideration as per Punjab Govt. Notification at the time of allotment and will be verified at the time of joining by the respective allotted institute. Candidate is self responsible for any wrong information filled at the time of submitting online application for admission. The provisional selection will be cancelled at any time if information submitted by applicant is found to be incorrect.
