BFUHS notifies revised round 3 NEET counselling schedule, details

Punjab: The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, has issued a revised schedule for the third round of Punjab State National Eligibility and Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) counselling for the academic year 2025 for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in government and private medical/dental colleges across the state.
The revision comes in line with the updated schedule released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for both All India and State counselling rounds.
According to the revised schedule, the last date for submitting willingness along with the security deposit has been extended till today, i.e. 10th October 2025, up to 3:00 PM. Candidates must deposit ₹10,000 for government colleges (₹5,000 for SC/BC/PWD), ₹2,00,000 for private colleges, or ₹2,00,000 for both government and private options.
The provisional merit list will also be displayed today, and the window for submitting online choices and preferences will remain open from October 8 to October 13, 2025. Candidates submitting fresh willingness on October 10 can exercise their choices from October 11 to 13, 2025.
Meanwhile, those who wish to resign or surrender seats from Round 1 or 2 may do so until October 12, 2025, by applying directly to the principal of their respective college. However, BFUHS has clarified that applications sent via email or post will not be accepted.
The seat allotment process will be conducted between October 14 and 16, 2025, followed by the display of provisional results on October 17, 2025. Candidates can raise objections, if any, by visiting the Admission Branch of BFUHS in person on or before October 18, 2025 (up to 3:00 PM).
Moreover, BFUHS will release the revised provisional allotment list on October 24, 2025, after receiving the data of joined candidates from MCC (expected on October 23). The final allotment will exclude candidates already joined under the MCC’s 3rd round. Below is the complete revised schedule-
