BFUHS notifies Round 3 NEET counselling schedule, check details
Faridkot: The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, has released the detailed schedule for the third round of online counselling for MBBS and BDS admissions under NEET UG 2025.
The university has invited fresh online applications from NEET UG 2025 qualified candidates for admission to vacant MBBS/BDS seats. Applications will be accepted from October 3, 2025 to October 5, 2025 (till 2:00 PM) through the official website of BFUHS.
Admission Notice for 3rd round MBBS/BDS online counselling under NEET UG-2025
Fresh Online applications alongwith registration fee @ Rs. 5000+18% GST (Rs 5900/-) and Rs. 2500+18%GST (Rs. 2950/- for SC candidates) are invited through university website from NEET UG-2025 Qualified Candidates w.e.f. 03.10.2025 to 05.10.2025 (upto 2.00PM) for admission to vacant seats of MBBS/BDS courses. The candidate who have already registered during Round 1 & II (as per applicable rules) need not apply again.

The candidates who have already got verified their minority status at the time of 1st & 2nd counseling, need not report to the respective institute for verify again. Eligibility for 3rd Round of Counseling
• The candidates who can apply afresh for 3rd Round of counseling (These candidates have to pay registration fee and security amount at the time of submission of willingness as per rules)
a) The candidates who will register/apply for the first time.
b) The candidates who have not joined the allotted seat (fresh/upgraded) of Round-II counseling can apply afresh for 3rd Round and they will have to deposit security amount again for submitting willingness and choices/preferences of Course/College/Quota as per schedule.
• The candidates who need not to apply afresh for 3rd Round of counseling
a) The candidates who are already registered but have not been allotted any seat in Round I and II need not to register/apply again.
b) The candidates who have resigned/surrendered the allotted seat of 1stonline Counseling with free exit and do not hold any seat of Round-I. However, they will have to submit Willingness alongwith requisite amount of security (equivalent to penalty) and will submit Choices/preferences of Course/College/Quota as per schedule.
• The candidates who are eligible for 3rd Round of counseling
a) Candidates eligible for seat allotment in 3rd Round would be from one of the following groups:
Group–I: Registered candidates who did not get any seat allotment in the Round 1 or Round 2.
Group-II: Registered candidates who have secured seat & whose 2nd round allotted seat got cancelled during the document verification on reporting for admission will be considered for allotment of seat in the next round of seat allotment, with changed Category, subject to availability of seat in respective category.
Group–III: Candidates who have reported at allotted institute during 2nd round of allotment and submitted willingness for third round for up-gradation.
Group- IV: Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round 2 but did not join or resign and exited after forfeiture of fees.
• The candidates who are not eligible for 3rd Round of allotment
a) Candidate who has become non-eligible due to having inadequate documents as per Eligibility Criteria.
b) Candidate who has not registered in Round 1 or Round 2 or Round 3.
• Fee to be deposited by the candidates applying afresh for 3rd Round:
a) For registration the candidate has to apply online application form and needs to deposit fee @Rs. 5000+18%GST (Rs. 5900/-) and Rs. 2500+18%GST (Rs. 2950/- for SC category candidates) through online payment gateway of University only.
b) For willingness, the following security amount is to be deposited through online payment gateway of University:

• If any candidate wants to change his/her willingness from Govt. Colleges only to Private & Govt. Colleges/Private Colleges only:
a) The candidate has to deposit the remaining security amount i.e. Rs 190000/- through online payment gateway of University.
• Whether the joined candidate of Round-III can surrender/resign/upgrade the seat?
a) Once joined, candidate cannot surrender/resign/upgrade.
Note: Already registered candidates who have deposited security amount in 2nd round counselling and to whom no seat is allotted in 2nd Round, need not to deposit security amount again. However, they will have to submit willingness to participate in 3rd Round, through online payment gateway of University.
