BFUHS Releases Provisional Revised Merit List For NEET PG Admissions
Faridkot: Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has released the revised merit list for NEET PG admissions for the academic year 2022-23.

Total number of candidates –
1. MD/MS/PG Diploma/PGDSM/Six months training in Ultrasonography courses – 1360
2. MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses under NRI quota – 8
3. Post MBBS DNB Degree/Diploma Courses - 96
The Provisional Merit List is prepared based on the NEET PG 2022 score/rank of all the applicants who have applied and remitted the application fee. Merely appearing in the provisional merit list does not confer any right for allotment; candidates' eligibility will be considered as per Punjab Govt. Notification at the time of allotment will be verified at the time of joining by the allotted institute.
The candidate is self-responsible for any wrong information filled in at the time of submitting the online application for admission. The provisional selection will be canceled at any time if information submitted by the applicant is found to be incorrect.
Only those SC/BC/EWS candidates who have valid category certificates issued by the competent authority of Punjab will be considered for selection. It is explicitly made clear that the PG courses' admissions shall be conducted per the guidelines/terms and conditions of Punjab Govt. notification and other guidelines of Punjab Govt./Govt. of India."
Incentive marks were provisionally given to candidates to whom NOC has been issued by the Punjab Govt./ Eligibility certificate has been issued by the concerned Civil Surgeons. The incentive marks given to the in-service candidates are purely provisional and subject to the production of the original NOC and the eligibility certificate for admission to the concerned course as per the Punjab Govt. Notification in the respective allotted college at the time of reporting/ joining.
The PCMS non-incentive candidates will be considered for allotment provisionally subject to the production of NOCs at the respective allotted college at the time of reporting /joining, failing which their provisional selection will be canceled.
Baba Farid University of Health Sciences was established in July 1998 by Punjab Act No. 18. It is named after Baba Farid, a 12th-century Punjabi Sufi headquartered in Faridkot. The mission of the University is to create an intellectual, academic, and physical environment conducive to the free flow of ideas and exchange of information between various faculties of the University and between this University and other Universities of Health Sciences in the country and abroad.
