BOPEE Begins Online Registration Process For NEET PG, NEET MDS Courses, check out details
Jammu & Kashmir: Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) has begun the online registration process for NEET PG (MD, MS) and NEET MDS (MDS) courses.
The online registration process will continue till 17.7.2023. Registration can be done online through the BOPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in.
The candidates shall have to fill the following fields correctly and as filled in the NEET-PG Application Form -
1. NEET-PG Roll No as per Admit Card
2. NEET-PG 2023 (MD/MS/PGD/MDS) score card
3. NEET Rank
4. DOB
5. Category, if any
The candidates should upload the following documents -
1. MBBS/BDS degree certificate
2. Registration with the State/ UT Medical Council/ MCI/DCI
3. Internship Completion Certificate (up to 30-06-2023 for MDS course & 11-08- 2023 for MD/MS/PGD) courses
4. Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K or Ladakh, as the case may be
5. Valid Reserved Category Certificate, wherever applicable, in terms of SRO 294 of 2005 dated 21-10-2005 read with SRO 518 dated 02-09-2019, S.O 127 dated 20-04-2020
6. Difficult Area Certificate in pursuance of SRO 48 of 2018 dated 30-01-2018
7. NEET-PG Score Card 2023
8. NMC/MCI clearance certificate for candidates possessing MBBS degree from outside the country
9. Valid EWS certificate as per SRO 518 dated 02-09-2019
10. NOC from Government/Competent Authority for in-service candidates to pursue MD/MS/PGD & MDS Courses-2023
11. For candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh), an undertaking in the form of a compulsory Service Board (available on the BOPEE Website) that he/she shall serve in the UT of Ladakh for the prescribed period immediately after completing MD/MS/PGD and MDS degrees
12. For candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, their ST certificate issued by the competent authority shall be treated as Domicile Certificate
The cut-off date for the validity of the category certificates shall be the last date for Registration fixed by the BOPEE viz 15-07-2023. The candidates should register their particulars carefully. The detailed instructions for filling up of Online Registration Form are already in the e-Information Brochure available on the BOPEE website viz www.jkbopee.gov.in. The candidates, in their own interest, are, therefore, advised to go through the same before filling up the Online Registration Form.
In-service candidates” who have qualified NEET-PG-2023 and fall in the zone of consideration will be considered subject to the issuance of “NOC” by the Competent Authority. The board may have the NOC certificate verified by such authorities if it is found expedient to do so. However, they will be allowed to participate in the Registration/Counselling process provisionally but will be allowed to join the allotted College/Institution on the production of NOC only within the stipulated dates as fixed by the Board.
Any candidate who falls within the qualifying merit but has not registered himself/herself shall not be considered for counseling/allotment of a seat under any circumstances, or a candidate who has registered himself/herself but failed to upload the documents or has not uploaded all documents up to the prescribed date i.e. 15.07.2023 shall also not be considered for counseling/allotment of seat.
Mere submission of the Application Form and Registration of Candidates shall not confer any right on any candidate for admission, but it shall be subject to the fulfillment of the Eligibility Criteria and the qualification prescribed for the said course and after check and verification of their documents at the time of admission by the College/ Institution authorities if the candidate(s) is provisionally selected.
The Roll Nos of a few candidates who did not figure in Annexure A & B to Notification No 033-BOPEE of 2023 dated 20-06-2023 & but have submitted their documents at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar up to the last date mentioned in Notification No. 033 is annexed as Annexure A to this Notification which shall be available on BOPEE website only.
