Puducherry: Centralized Admission Committee (CENTAC) released details related to round 2 registrations for NEET UG admission.
For participating in the 2nd round MBBS, the candidates are required to pay the following registration fee as per MCI notification –

Puducherry Candidates who have not been admitted but opt for both Government and Management Quota MBBS seats can pay the registration fee for Management Quota alone, i.e., Rs.100000 or Rs.50000, as the case may be.
Only candidates who pay the above fee to CENTAC will be considered for 2nd round. Candidates who have already joined MBBS / BDS / BAMS course in the 1st round can also opt for degradation, and since they have paid the fee to CENTAC, no separate registration fee is required for these candidates.
Refund of fees -
1. The fee will be returned to all those candidates who are not allotted seats. 2. The fee for the candidates who are allotted seats will be retained.
2. The same will be forfeited for the candidates who do not join after getting the seats allotted during the second round.
Conversion of seats -
After filling the Telugu and Christian Minorities Management Quota Seats, the remaining unfilled seats will be converted into All India Management Quota and filled. Accordingly, Management & Government Quota course preferences need to be given afresh. All students registered with CENTAC and all the candidates allotted during the first round (Joined /not Joined) are eligible for second-round counseling.
Candidates note that as per NMC guidelines sliding will not be allowed in the mop-up round (i.e., Candidates who joined up to 2nd Round through AIQ/State Counselling are not allowed to participate in mop counseling as per the NMC Guidelines).
Payment of registration fee -
The candidates are requested to transfer the registration fee to the CENTAC account through NET BANKING or generate NEFT / RTGS challan using their dashboard login credentials and proceed with payment. Read the HELP Instruction carefully before proceeding with payment.
NEET UG counseling is conducted by the Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC). It is a common admission portal for all the colleges of Puducherry and is established by the Government of Puducherry. Under this, the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination and appeared in such a qualifying examination are eligible for admission. There are various courses under its umbrella.
