CMC Vellore PG Medical Admissions 2021: Check Out Round 2 Tentative Counselling Schedule, Details
Tamil Nadu: The Director of Medical Education (DME) has released the tentative round 2 counselling schedule for PG degree/diploma medical courses in Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, for 30% Christian minority seats.
As per the notice issued, the candidates can make the registration/payment on 13th March 2022 between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Candidates have to register to participate in the counselling. Candidates participating in the PG degree/ diploma course online counselling will have to remit a non-refundable amount of Rs. 1000 as processing fee online by using a debit card, net banking, or credit card. The candidates who have already paid need not pay again.
Choice filling and locking can be done on 14th March 2022 between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Candidates need to do fresh choice filling and locking. The choice filling should be done carefully.
The candidates need to keep track of the website for the vacancy position. After completing the postgraduate course, the candidates need to go through the service obligation period. Again, the details are available on the website.
DME has notified that the selection of candidates for the PG degree/ diploma course in CMC, Vellore, will be based on online counselling based on Christian minority rank. Candidates selected for admission need to give a self-declaration form when reporting to the college that they are liable for forfeiture of admission if suppression of facts misinterpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.
Re-allotted candidates need not pay the tuition fee again. The candidates who wish for re-allotment will have to register, and their allotted seat of round 1 will be open for choice filling in this round. Re-allotted candidates will have to join in the allotted specialty.
After paying the tuition fee, candidates can download the provisional allotment order. The tuition fee can be paid online debit card, net banking, or credit card, which is non-refundable. The selected candidates have to pay any balance of the tuition fee (if any) and other special fees etc., at the time of admission. They need to join the college on or before the date and time stipulated as mentioned in the allotment order.
Candidates who have not reported in round 1 their seat will be considered as vacant and cannot claim the seat.
The candidates need to produce the original certificates in person when joining the college and the scanned copy of the original certificates.
The following is the list of certificates to be submitted –
1. NEET PG 2021 score and admit card.
2. Aadhar Card.
3. MBBS Degree Certificate or Provisional Pass Certificate and Diploma certificate.
4. CRRI Completion Certificate.
5. Permanent Medical Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India / State Medical Council or Provisional Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India / State Medical Council.
6. Eligibility Certificate, if applicable.
7. Post Card size colour photograph (4"x6") is the same photo that has been uploaded in NEET PG 2021.
