CPS Mumbai to hold Counseling for vacant PG seats in Gujarat, details
Mumbai: Through a recent notice, CPS Mumbai has informed regarding Personal Counseling for vacant seats in the State of Gujarat.
The candidates can note the following instructions for personal counseling for vacant seats in Gujarat
This is to inform to all concerned that College of Physicians and Surgeons of Mumbai is going to conduct personal counselling round to fill seats remaining vacant after all rounds of allotment in the admission process of CPS-PG-Admission-2021 for the State of Gujarat. The personal counselling round shall be held in CPS house, Dr. E. Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai - 400012.
Details of the personal counselling round are as follows.
1. Candidates, who have been allotted any seat in previous rounds of CPS-PG-Admission-2021 and joined, shall not be eligible for personal counselling round.
2. Candidates must physically report to CPS office within time.
3. For this personal counseling process, candidates need to be present personally before 10:30 a.m. on 03rd February 2023 with all original documents and a DD of INR 85000 (for diploma) as a non-refundable deposit, which shall be adjusted against enrollment fees. Demand drafts shall be drawn in the favour of "College of Physicians and Surgeons of Mumbai" payable at Mumbai. Candidate reporting after 10.30 a.m. shall not be allowed to participate in the round. CPS shall not entertain any of the reasons for the delay. So, candidates are advised to plan their travel well in advance considering traffic or any other conditions
4. reporting within stipulated time shall be allowed to enter the CPS premises. No relative/ proxy shall be allowed for this personal counselling round. Candidates are not permitted to give authority for remaining present on his/her behalf for the personal counselling round. No such person shall be allowed for this round.
5. Candidates should mark their presence by signing the register kept at CPS House, Mumbai, immediately after entering the CPS premises.
6. Candidates shall be called as per their merit for personal counselling and vacant seats shall be filled as per the inter-se merit. Candidate shall submit the requisite original documents and DD with CPS office, if he/she is selected for any of the vacant seat. No candidate will be selected without original documents. The original documents submitted with CPS office, Mumbai will be handed over to the respective institutes.
7. The candidate shall be considered as deemed to be joined the selected institution on 03-02-2023 and shall not be permitted to resign the accepted seat.
8. If the selected candidates did not join the selected institution within stipulated time period, the candidate will have to pay the entire course fees as penalty. So candidates are strictly advised to select the seat accordingly.
9. Unless the candidate pays fees of equal to the entire course fees, the originals of the candidates shall not be returned.
10. Selected candidates need to submit required institute fees by DD immediately at the time of reporting to the selected institute.
11. Candidate is required to pay non-refundable amount of Rs. 75,000/ - towards cost of Electronic Monitoring Device (EMD) by DD. DD should be in favour of "Paptronics Pvt. Ltd.".

7. State Medical Council Registration Certificate (Permanent)
8. Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
9. Caste Validity Certificate (If Applicable)
10. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (If Applicable)
11. Domicile Certificate
12. DD of INR 85000 (For Diploma)
13. DD of INR 75000 (For Electronic Monitoring Device)
