DM, MCh, DNB SS Counselling: MCC clarifies on eligibility for mop-up round
New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has clarified the eligibility concerning the Mop Up Round of Super Speciality Counselling for admissions to DM, MCh and DNB SS courses this academic year.
The eligibility of candidates to participate in the Mop Up Round of Super Speciality Counselling is further clarified as under:
Candidates who are ELIGIBLE:
1. Candidates who are made eligible for the first time due to reduction of percentile can make Fresh Registration and pay the requisite fee to participate in Mop Up Round of Super Speciality counselling.
2. Candidates who have NOT been allotted any seat in Round-1 or Round- 2 of Super Speciality counselling.
Candidates who are NOT ELIGIBLE:
1. Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round -1 or Round-2 and Joined the seat.
2. Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round -1 or Round-2 and 'NOT JOINED' the seat.
3. Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round -1 or Round-2 but resigned the seat later.

The cutoff percentile for NEET SS 2020 for admissions to DM, MCh and DNB SS courses has been lowered for this academic session.
NEET-SS 2020 was conducted on 15th September 2020 for admission to super specialty courses and the result cum merit list of NEET-SS 2020 was declared on 25th September 2020.
