DME Chhatisgarh invites Fresh Registrations for PG medical admissions, Details
Chhatisgarh: The Director of Medical Education (DME) has invited fresh registrations for PG medical courses between 14th March 2022, 10:00 am till 17th March 2022, 5:00 pm as the NEET PG 2021 counselling cutoff has been reduced and the candidates who have now become eligible can apply.
DME has requested the candidates to thoroughly go through the details related to the admission process before registration. The candidates will have to pay the application fees of Rs 2000. They should be careful while filling out the application form because if any error is found in the application, the corrections edit fee will be charged, which is Rs 2000.
Mop - Up round for PG medical courses, which was supposed to be conducted today, has been cancelled as per the notification published by DME. The schedule has been cancelled because of the reduction of the cutoff marks. The new schedule will be notified on the website shortly.
Candidates are requested to apply online at www.cgdme.co.in.
Detailed information related to the admission process for PG medical courses is available on the website, and candidates need to keep track of the website for the latest updates and notifications. The details related to the further counselling process will be updated on the website only.
Candidates note that the counselling process for NEET PG is carried out only by DME, so the candidates should not take admission through any institute or person claiming for admission.
If the candidate is allotted a seat in round 2 of counselling but does not take admission or, after taking admission, cancels the seat, then registration fees will be forfeited. Candidates who have paid the registration fees for private medical colleges don't need to pay the Government medical colleges registration fees.
After the allotment, if the candidates take admission to the institute but continue with postgraduate exams, the registration fees will be refunded to the same account from which the amount is transferred. On the other hand, the registration fees will be forfeited if the candidates in round 2 do not take admission after the allotment.
