DME Gujarat Announces Results For PG Medical, Dental Round 2 counselling

DME Gujarat Announces Results For PG Medical, Dental Round 2 counselling

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) announced the allotment results for round 2 of PG Medical and PG Dental. The list of candidates who needs to report to the help center, the last rank list, and instructions for the Round have also been released.

Important dates –

1. Online Payment OR *Payment of Tuition Fees at a designated branch of Axis Bank – till 4th November 2022, 3.30 pm

2. Reporting at Help Center – 31st October 2022 – 4th November 2022, 6:00 pm

Help Center working hours: 10.00 am to 04.00 pm & on Date: 4th November 2022 till 06:00 pm (Help centers will be closed on Sunday).

Instructions for admission confirmation round 2 –

1. In round 2, admission will be given on newly added seats, non-reported seats of round 1 & canceled seats after round 1, and subsequent vacant seats due to allotment on the above seats.

2. The list of candidates, who required reporting during round 2, will be uploaded on the website at the time of declaration of the result of round 2 of ACPPGMEC.

3. Candidate has to take a prior appointment for the document submission at the help center. The candidate can select the date and time for document submission when printing the allotment letter.

4. Payment of tuition fees can be done by online payment OR by cash OR by demand draft in favor of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC (List of designated branches of Axis Bank is available on admission committee's website www.medadmgujarat.org) during banking hours (Closed on banking holidays).

The candidate whose allotment has not been upgraded -

1. The candidates, who have confirmed their admission to round 1 of ACPPGMEC by paying term fees and submitting all required original documents, and whose allotment has not been upgraded (no change in the admitted subject; and no change in admitted college) in round 2 need not to report to the help center.

2. For The candidate who has participated or not participated in round 2, the admin to round 1 can also be upgraded to the same college. The same subject by change of category (i.e., ST / SC / SEBC / EWS to General category or PwD to non-PwD seat) or change of quota (State Quota (GQ) to Institutional Quota (UQ)), there is no need to report the help center for confirmation of admission.

The candidate whose allotment has been upgraded –

1. The candidate whose allotment has been upgraded (change in admitted subject and/or change in admitted college) in the n second Round has to report at the help center to confirm admission to round 2.

2. Payment of difference in tuition fees, if any, can be done by online payment OR by cash OR by demand draft in favor of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC (List of designated branches of Axis Bank is available on admission committee's website www.medadmgujarat.org) during banking hours (Closed on banking holidays). Fees will be adjusted according to the payment of tuition fees for the admission of the first Round. Excess fees will be refunded at the end of the whole admission process.

3. ToTo secure second-round admission candidate must report to the same help center as reported in the first Round with h required documents. For confirmation of admission, take the admission ordeforothe f the second Round from m help center.

For NRI Candidate: Students must confirm admission by reporting at Help Center. The candidate has to collect the tuition fees paid at admitted college in 1st Round. Candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollars or an equivalent amount in any other currency at the admitted institute in the 2nd Round on or before 05th November 2022. ACPPGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs. 10.00 lakh after completing the admission process.

The candidates, who have confirmed their admission to 1st Round of ACPPGMEC by paying term fees and submitting all required original documents, and whose allotment has been upgraded to the n Second Roud have to submit the following documents as under -

1. Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC of 2nd Round

2. Original Admission Order of ACPPGMEC of 1st Round

3. Photocopy of Receipt of payment of tuition fees / token amount for 1st Round of ACPPGMEC

4. Original Receipt of Payment of Difference of Tuition Fee, if applicable

The candidate who has been allotted a seat for the first time -

1. Payment of tuition fees can be done by Online payment OR by Cash OR by Demand Draft in favor of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC (List of designated branches of Axis Bank is available on admission committee's website www.medadmgujarat.org) during banking hours (Closed on banking holidays).

2. For NRI Candidate: The candidate who has been allotted a seat in the NRI category must pay Rs. 10.00 lakh (as Refundable Deposit) by Online payment or by cash or Demand Draft in favor of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC. After that, students must confirm admission by submitting the Original Documents Help Center. In addition, the then-candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollars or equivalent in any other foreign currency at the admitted institute on or before 05th November 2022. ACPPGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs. 10.00 lakh after completing the admission process.

Documents to be submitted –

1. Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC

2. Tuition Fees Receipt: (A) For SFI Medi-cal OR Dental Colleges: Tuition fees receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) tuition fees. (B) For Govt. Medical Colleges: Rs.1,14,000 (fees + deposit) for Degree courses OR Rs.1,04,000 (fees + deposit) for Diploma courses. (C) For Govt. Dental Colleges: Rs. 85,800 (fees + deposit) for Degree courses through online/ offline mode at Designated branches of Axis Bank

3. All-year MBBS/BDS mark sheets

4. 12 months internship completion certificate (Must be completed on or before Dt.31/07/2022)

5. Copy of NEET-PG-2022 Marksheet

6. Document showing Place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate)

7. Provisional Registration of State Medical/Dental Council OR Medical/Dental Council of India (In case of fresh candidates only who have just completed their internship)/ Permanent Registration of State Medical/Dental Council OR Medical/Dental Council of India (In case of old pass out candidates)

8. For SEBC, SC and ST Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only

9. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha '4' in Gujarati/English) issued by

10. Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only as per Govt. norms issued after Dt: 01/04/2020

11. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt: 01/04/2020

12. Copy of Passport - if Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign

13. 12th Marksheet (For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat)

14. Domicile certificate of Gujarat state: For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat & only if their birthplace is outside Gujarat)

15. Photo Copy of the Disability Certificate issued by a Competent Authority (For PwD Candidates)
