Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) announced the schedule for 3rd offline mop-up round of counseling for MBBS and BDS courses. The list of candidates who gave online consent and the non-reported list of candidates from round 2 has also been released.

Instructions –

1. All the candidates included in the Merit-list of ACPUGMEC can participate in the 3rd Offline Mop-Up Round, except those who have secured and joined admission in Round 02 of Medical Counseling Committee (MCC)/Round 02 of State Quota.

2. No proxy and authority will be allowed in the 3rd Offline Mop-Up Round. The 3rd Offline Mop-Up Round is an offline counseling process, so candidates must come in person per their merit numbers' schedule.

3. The candidates can participate in the 3rd Offline Mop-Up Round without canceling their admission to the previous rounds in Ayurveda OR Homeopathy.

4. Candidate can select the Help Center for participating in the 3rd Offline Mop-Up Round at the time of consent.

5. Candidate has to remain present as per the merit rank on the allotted date and time at his Selected Help Center. The candidate is instructed to bring a "Consent/Choice Form" during offline counseling.

7. If the candidates want to cancel their admission to the previous round, they can cancel it at the time of their 3rd Offline Mop-Up Round of counseling. Tuition fees will be refunded at the end of the whole admission process.

8. Candidates are advised not to leave admission premises till instructed by the ACPUGMEC officer.

9. Candidate must reach the selected Help Center 30 minutes before the scheduled time for counseling.

10. All the candidates are instructed to see the vacancy status available for the 3rd Offline Mop-Up Round and the closure of the 2nd round. The admission committee shall allot the seats as on available vacancy, and a vacancy arises due to the cascading effect of that particular seat.

11. ACPUGMEC will organize the 3rd Offline Mop-Up Round for Admission in MBBS & BDS Courses through Video Conferencing for this academic year 2022-23 at 14 colleges. The detailed list of help centers is enclosed in the notice below.

12. The candidate has to pay tuition fees of one term (six months) by cash or Demand Draft in favor of "ACPUGMEC," payable at Gandhinagar at a bank facility provided by ACPUGMEC, immediately. If the candidate has paid tuition fees for admission for previous rounds, fees will be adjusted according to it. Excess fees will be refunded at the end of the whole admission process.

13. The candidates are advised to come with a specific arrangement of money to pay tuition fees at the time of counseling.

14. For NRI Candidate: The candidate who has been allotted a seat in the NRI category must pay Rs. 5.00 lakh (as Refundable Deposit) by cash or Demand Draft in favor of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at the bank facility provided by ACPUGMEC immediately. If the candidate has paid tuition fees for admission for previous rounds, fees will be adjusted according to it. Then the candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollars or an equivalent amount in any other foreign currency at the admitted institute. ACPUGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs. 5.00 lakh after completing the admission process.

15. The candidate, who will remain absent on the day and time of counseling allotted to them, will have no right to admission.

16. According to the Merit Closure Rule of UG Admission Rules, in the 3rd Offline Mop-Up Round, the candidate will not be offered admission to the seats available according to their merit in the allotment process during Previous rounds.

The candidates who have canceled their admission of previous rounds coming for fresh admission are required to bring the following original documents at the time of counseling –

1. Consent/Choice Form for 3rd Offline Mop-Up Round

2. Print a Copy of the NEET-UG-2022 Marksheet

3. Std. 10th Marksheet

4. Std. 12th Marksheet

5. Document showing the place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate)

6. Domicile Certificate for students born outside Gujarat (with signature and stamp of authority) issued by Competent Authorities (Mamlatdar/Executive Magistrate/Commissioner of Police) of Gujarat State only

7. For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only

8. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha' 4' in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt:01/04/2020

9. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt:01/04/2020

10. Copy of Passport (if Citizenship is Dual)

11. Physical Fitness Certificate

12. Any other document as per requirement
