DME Gujarat Begins MD, MS, Diploma 1st Round Allotment, Reporting Process, 299 Seats Vacacnt After Round 1

As per the schedule in this regard, the MD/MS/Diploma 1st Round Allotment and Reporting Process 2024 will end on 04th December 2024. For all the eligible candidates included in the Merit List of ACPPGMEC, for admission to Government Seats, Management Seats and NRI Seats of MD/MS/Diploma Course in Government and Selffinanced Medical Colleges for the academic year 2024-25, schedule for 1st Round of allotment and reporting is as follows-

SCHEDULE

STEPS FOR ADMISSION CONFIRMATION

The candidates are instructed to follow the steps mentioned below to confirm their admission-

STEP 1- Open the website for PG admission.

STEP 2- Login into your account.

STEP 3- Check your Allotment status.

STEP 4- Print the Allotment letter and take an appointment at a nearby help centre from your login (For NRI students, Undergraduate passed from Out of Gujarat/Out of India students, In-Service & Other Special categories students are given a appointment at GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar Only).

STEP 5- Print fees challan (for all students) & make online payment through the ACPPGMEC portal.

STEP 6- Go to a nearby designated AXIS bank (fees can be deposited by means of Cash or DD only).

STEP 7- If you have paid fees at the Bank counter collect the fees receipt provided by AXIS bank and also, your fees challan stamped by AXIS bank.

STEP 8- Visit the selected help centre for an appointment with the Original Documents mentioned in the Allotment letter with fee receipt and challan certified by AXIS bank.

STEP 9- Submit original documents in A3 (11*15 inches) Appropriate size cover with your details written on it (as per website) with fee receipt.

STEP 10- Collect your admission order signed and stamped by the nodal officer from the help centre and secure it for further rounds.

DOCUMENTS

The students have to submit their original documents as follows-

1 Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC.

2 Tuition Fees Receipt: (A) For SFI Medical Tuition fees receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) tuition fees. (B) For Govt. Medical Colleges: Rs.1,30,800/- (fees + deposit) for Degree courses OR Rs.1,20,800/-(fees + deposit) for Diploma courses through online/ offline mode at Designated branches of Axis Bank.

3 All-year MBBS/BDS marksheets.

4 12-month internship completion certificate (Must be completed on or before Dt.15/08/2024).

5 Copy of NEET-PG-MD/MS/Diploma-2024 Marksheet.

6 Documents showing Place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate-- compulsory for all students & Birth Certificate/ Passport--If birth place is not mentioned in the School leaving certificate/Transfer Certificate).

Along with this, the Director of Medical Education (DME) Gujarat has also released the vacant seats after round-01 (MD/MS/Diploma) for 2024-25. As per the vacant seats, a total of 299 seats are vacant across 29 MD/MS/Diploma Courses. Of these, a total of 290 seats are vacant across 23 MD/MS courses, 1 seats are vacant across 1 Diploma Course and 7 seats are vacant across 5 DNB Courses.
