Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) informed about the 4th stray vacancy offline round for NEET PG and NEET MDS admission. The list of candidates who have given consent for the stray vacancy round, and the round 3 non-reported lists, have also been released.

Instructions released for 4th stray vacancy round –

1. Candidates note that no proxy and authority will be allowed in the 4th Stray Vacancy (offline) round. The 4th Stray Vacancy (offline) round is an offline counseling process, so candidates must come in person per their merit numbers' schedule.

2. Candidates are advised not to leave admission premises till instructed by the ACPPGMEC officer. They must reach the selected Help Center 30 minutes before the scheduled time for counseling. All the candidates are instructed to see the vacant seats available for the 4th Stray Vacancy (offline) round before coming for counseling as per schedule.

3. All the candidates who are included in the Merit-list of ACPPGMEC can participate in the 4th Stray Vacancy (offline) Round, except the candidates who have secured and joined admission in 50% AIQ/Deemed/Central Universities/AFMS seats counseling OR DNB seats OR Seats of Gujarat state counseling OR Other state counseling.

4. The candidate can participate in the 4th Stray Vacancy (offline) round without canceling his admission to the 3rd online mop-up round.

5. The candidates are being called as per the merit rank and will be allotted admission on vacant seats as well as a vacancy arises due to the up gradation of seats during counseling.

6. During the 4th Stray Vacancy (offline) round of counseling, the candidate will be offered a seat as per the previous closure, vacancy, and merit rank.

7. If the candidates are unwilling to take admission to the offered seat, they can refuse the admission. In such a case, their previous admission will remain as it is. If the candidate wants to cancel their admission to 3rd online mop-up round, they can cancel it at the time of their 4th Stray Vacancy (offline) round of counseling. Tuition fees will be refunded at the end of the whole admission process.

8. The candidate, who has been admitted in the 3rd Online MOP UP round of ACPPGMEC, has to bring the original admission order of ACPPGMEC and receipt of paid tuition fees along with the Consent/Choice Form for the 4th Stray Vacancy (offline) Round.

9. The candidate has to pay tuition fees/difference in tuition fees of one term (six months) by cash OR Demand Draft in favor of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at a bank facility provided by the Admission Committee immediately. If the candidate has paid tuition fees for admission for previous rounds, fees will be adjusted according to it. Excess fees will be refunded at the end of the whole admission process.

10. If the candidate wants to cancel their 3rd Online MOP UP round admission of PG Medical & Dental (MD/MS/Diploma/MDS) courses, they must give CONSENT to participate in the 4th stray vacancy (offline) round. They can cancel their last admission at their merit number and turn on the Date & Time specified in the 4th stray vacancy (offline) round schedule.

11. All the candidates are advised to pay tuition fees, preferably by Demand Draft.

12. The candidates are advised to come with a specific arrangement of money to pay tuition fees at the time of counseling. The tuition fees of Govt. colleges are minimal and can be paid by cash OR Demand Draft. In contrast, the fee for the Management Quota seat of MD-Radiology at Pramukhswami Medical College, Karamsad, is Rs. 2500000 (for one term). So candidates can come with multiple Demand Drafts of Rs. 100000/ 200000/ 300000/ 500000/ 1000000 based on their choice of subject and college to secure admission in self-financed colleges.

13. The candidates who have been allotted seats in the NRI category must pay Rs. 10.00 lakh (as Refundable Deposit) by cash OR Demand Draft in favor of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at the Bank facility provided by the ACPPGMEC help center. After that, candidates must confirm their admission by submitting Original Documents at Help Center. Then-candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollars or an equivalent amount in any other currency at the admitted institute. ACPPGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs. 10.00 lakh after completing the admission process.

14. According to the Merit Closure Rule of PG Admission Rules, in the 4th Stray vacancy (Offline) Round, the candidate will not be offered admission to the seats available according to their merit in the allotment process during Previous rounds.

15. Candidates of the Reserved category (SEBC/SC/ST/EWS) OR special category (PH/NRI/In service) who get admitted/upgraded/retained admission at their category merit number at the time of category counseling of 4th stray vacancy (offline) round, will not be eligible to take part in their open category turn of same 4th stray vacancy (offline) round.

16. The candidate, who will remain absent on the day and time of counseling allotted to them, will have no right to admission.

Documents to be brought –

1. Consent/Choice Form for 4th Stray Vacancy (offline) Round

2. All year MBBS/BDS attempt-wise Marksheets

3. 12 months internship completion certificate

4. Copy of NEET-PG-2022 Marksheet

5. Document showing the place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate)

6. Provisional Registration of State Medical / Dental Council OR Medical / Dental Council of India (In case of fresh candidates only who have just completed their internship)/Permanent Registration of State Medical/ Dental Council OR Medical / Dental Council of India (In case of old pass out candidates)

7. For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only

8. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha' '4'' in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only as per Govt. norms issued after Dt. 01/04/2020.

9. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt. 01/04/2020

10. Copy of Passport - if Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign

11. 12th Marksheet (For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat)

12. Domicile certificate of Gujarat state: For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat & only if their birthplace is outside Gujarat)

13. Photocopy of Disability certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable)

14. Any other document as per requirement
