DME Gujarat Releases deadline of 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round Choice Filling For NEET PG, NEET MDS Courses

DME Gujarat Releases deadline of 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round Choice Filling For NEET PG, NEET MDS Courses

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has released the schedule for the 4th online stray vacancy round choice filling for NEET PG and NEET MDS courses. Round- 03 non-reported seats with the forfeited security deposit, vacant seats after round 03, and an updated provisional merit list have also been released.

The choices for the 4th online stray vacancy round can be filled up to 13-10-2023 (05:00 pm). The choices will be displayed till 13-10-2023 up to 06:00 pm.

Process for participation for 4th online stray vacancy round –

The candidates who have not been allotted any seat in previous rounds OR allotted a seat in previous rounds but not confirmed admission and have done fresh registration in 4th online stray vacancy round as per schedule of state quota admission (if needed) OR confirmed their admission but cancelled his admission before round 03 of admission and have done fresh registration in 4th online stray vacancy round as per schedule of state quota admission, can participate in 4th online stray vacancy round. i.e., all the candidates who are included in the Latest Merit-list of ACPPGMEC can participate in the 4th online stray vacancy round of ACPPGMEC except those who have secured and joined admission in round 03 of All India Quota through Medical Counselling Committee (MCC)/ who have been allotted, reported and joined in round 03 of State Quota for MD/MS/Diploma/MDS courses.

The candidates who want to participate in the 4th online stray vacancy round, the candidates have to log in to the website DME using their User-ID and Password to give “ONLINE CONSENT” for participation in the round; otherwise, the candidate will not be considered during the allotment process.

In the 4th online stray vacancy round, the candidates have to add new choices as ACPPGMEC has deleted their previously filled choices. If candidates are allotted a seat, they have to take print of the allotment order of the 4th online stray vacancy round, pay the tuition fees/difference of tuition fees, if any and report to the help centre to get their admission order.

In case the candidates don’t report to the help centre within the stipulated time, their new admission is treated as cancelled. Hence, in this scenario, they do not have admission to any seat. All the allotted or reported candidates will not be allowed to take part in further extended 4th stray vacancy rounds of counselling of state quota.

If any seat of MD/MS/Diploma/MDS courses remains vacant in the 4th online stray vacancy round, extended 4th online stray vacancy round-01, 02 or further will be conducted by the Admission Committee.

The candidates who have been allotted seats of MD/MS/Diploma/MDS courses in the 4th online stray vacancy round & have not confirmed their admission their refundable security deposit will be forfeited, and the candidate will not be eligible to participate in the extended 4th online stray vacancy round-01, 02 or further if conducted by the Admission Committee for MD/MS/Diploma/MDS courses.

Candidates who have been allotted seats of MD/MS/Diploma/MDS courses in the 4th online stray vacancy round & have confirmed their admission will not be eligible to participate in the extended 4th online stray vacancy round 01, 02 or further if conducted by the Admission Committee for MD/MS/Diploma/MDS courses. And for the remaining seats, if any, if extended, 4th online stray vacancy round-01, 02 or further will be scheduled; in this round, only those candidates who have filled their choices after giving “Online Consent” will be considered eligible for the remaining seats.

In the extended 4th online stray vacancy round-01, 02 or further, no new registration or new choice filling will be allowed by the Admission Committee. Online allotment in extended 4th online stray vacancy round-01, 02 or further will be done by considering the choices filled by the candidate in the 4th online stray vacancy round.

In the 4th online stray vacancy round or extended 4th online stray vacancy round-01, 02 or further, the counselling schedule for payment of the prescribed tuition fees through a designated bank & submission of original documents at help centre to confirm their admission at the help centre of ACPPGMEC) will be only for 01 or 02 days. So, candidates are instructed to arrange the required tuition fees & keep their original documents ready for submission to confirm their admission.

Guidelines for choice filling –

1. The candidates need to login to their account

2. Enter USER ID (SR NO. of PIN), Password, 14 Digit PIN, Captcha and click on the Submit button

3. Click here on Choice details

4. Available Choice: you can see all available choices

5. Fill choice: to start your choice-filling process

6. Print-filled choice: after locking your choices, you can take the printout of your choice list

7. The candidates need to check the annual fees and term fees

8. Candidates have to pay term fees at the time of admission in case of NRI admission Rs. 10 lakh DD in favour of “ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhinagar

9. The candidates can filter their choices by branch, subject, institute type, seat type and institute

10. Add your choices; the candidates can add an unlimited number of choices

11. The candidates can move and delete their choices according to their preference

12. The candidates can re-arrange their choices by serial number

13. Fill Choice: the candidates can add choices from the left side panel to the right side

14. Blue: Govt. Institute / Green: SFI institute

15. GQ: Government Quota/ MQ: Management Quota/ NQ: NRI quota

16. After saving and exiting the choices page, the choices can be reviewed

17. Click on modify choices to modify choices

18. After typing 14-digit PIN no., choices can be locked

19. The candidates must take the printout of the locked choices

20. The candidates can again Un-Lock choices after entering 14-digit PIN No. to modify the choices

21. If the candidates fail to lock choices, it will be automatically locked on the last day

Seats vacant after round 3 –

A total of 26 seats are vacant after round 3. NEET PG has 13 seats vacant, and NEET MDS has 13 seats vacant.
