Instruction to the candidates –

1. Counselling is online mode only.

2. Don't share your login id, OTP, and password with others.

3. All candidates have to register to participate in this counseling.

4. The candidate should do fresh choice filling and locking.

5. Candidates who wish to retain their seats in the first round of counseling need not participate in this counseling.

6. The candidates who have been allotted but not joined in All India Quota Round II are eligible to participate in this counseling.

7. Candidates who do not participate/have not joined in Round I counseling can also participate in this counseling.

8. The candidates who joined All India Quota Round II counseling are not allowed to vacate the seat. On a similar ground, the candidates who joined Round II of State counseling will not be permitted to vacate/resign/surrender the seat.

9. The candidates who have been admitted in the second round of allotment or carry the seat allotted in the first round beyond notified date, which is not upgraded in the second round, will not be permitted to vacate the seat.

10. Candidates participating in online counseling for the PG DEGREE/ DIPLOMA course must remit a non-refundable amount of Rs 1000 as a processing fee online by using a Debit Card/Net Banking or Credit Card. However, the candidates who have already paid the processing fee need not pay again.

11. If no eligible service candidate opts for PG Degree/Diploma courses, the same will be allotted to qualified general category candidates.

12. Candidates selected for admission should give a self-declaration form at the time of reporting to the concerned Medical College that they are liable for forfeiture of selection/admission and responsible for criminal action if suppression of facts and misinterpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.

13. If a candidate is allotted a seat in Government Medical College, they can download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the concerned Medical College on or before the stipulated date and time as mentioned in the allotment order.

14. If a candidate is allotted a Government Quota seat in Self Financing Medical College, they should pay the tuition fee as fixed by the Fee Committee, download their provisional allotment order,  and join the course in the concerned Medical College on or before the stipulated date and time as mentioned in the allotment order.

15. If a candidate is allotted a seat in Self Financing Medical College under NRI Quota, they should pay the tuition fee as fixed by the Fee Committee, download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the concerned Medical College on or before the date and time stipulated as mentioned in the allotment order.

16. For Reported candidates in 1st round of counseling - Those who are willing for Re-allotment must register. Then their seat (allotted in 1st round of counseling) will be open for Choice filling in the Re-counselling of 2nd round.

17. For not reported candidates in 1st round of counseling - Their seat (allotted in 1st round of counseling) was considered vacant. Therefore, he cannot claim that seat (assigned in 1st round of counseling).

18. The selected candidates must pay the entire tuition, special, and any other fees prescribed by "COMMITTEE ON FIXATION OF FEES IN RESPECT OF SELF FINANCING PROFESSIONAL COLLEGES" for the year 2022-2023 at the time of downloading the allotment order through online via RTGS.

19. The candidates who have been allotted and not joined in Round II should forfeit the Security Deposit and are not allowed to participate in further rounds of counseling.

Security Deposit for fresh Registration –

Government Quota -

1. Choice locking of seats in Government Medical Colleges alone – Rs.30000

2. Choice locking of seats in Government Medical Colleges and Government Quota seats in Self Financing Medical Colleges – Rs. 100000

NRI Quota –

Candidates should pay a Security Deposit of Rs.200000 online via NET banking.

PwD Candidates –

Candidates should pay a Security Deposit of Rs.30000/- for new Registration.

Documents to be submitted –

1. NEET PG-2022-Score Card.

2. NEET P G - 2022 Admit Card.

3. Aadhar Card

4. MBBS Degree Certificate or Provisional Pass Certificate and Diploma certificate.

5. CRRI Completion Certificate.

6. Permanent Medical Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India / State Medical Council or Provisional Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India / State Medical Council.

7. Community Certificate (if applicable)

8. TNPSC/MRB (through competitive written examination) Selection & Posting Order for service candidates.

9. Nativity Certificate/Residence Certificate from the Competent Revenue Authority ( Whichever is applicable) with supportive documents.

10. Eligibility Certificate, if applicable.

11. Post Card size color photograph (4"x6"), the same photo that has been uploaded in NEET PG-2022.

Candidates who are seeking admission under NRI Category should produce the following documents along with the above original certificates -

1. NRI status of the financial supporter issued by the Indian Embassy of the respective country under their seal.

2. Certificate of Relationship between the NRI financial supporter and the candidate issued by the competent authority and valid Indian Passport of the NRI financial supporter.

3. NRE (Non-Resident External) Bank Account Pass Book of the financial supporter.

4. Evidence for payment of Development charges of US $1000/ - to the college by the NRI financial supporter (One-time fee at the time of admission only).
