DME Tripura issues notice on mop up Round NEET PG Counselling, details

Tripura: Through a recent notice, the DME Tripura has informed about the mop up round of NEET PG counselling 2022.This is for general information and kind attention for all eligible candidates who have become freshly eligible for registration and participating in Mop-up Round of Tripura NEET PG 2022 Counselling due to reduction of cut off marks of NEET PG 2022(UR/EWS-201, UR/Pwd-186,...

Tripura: Through a recent notice, the DME Tripura has informed about the mop up round of NEET PG counselling 2022.

This is for general information and kind attention for all eligible candidates who have become freshly eligible for registration and participating in Mop-up Round of Tripura NEET PG 2022 Counselling due to reduction of cut off marks of NEET PG 2022(UR/EWS-201, UR/Pwd-186, SC/ST/OBC including Pwd of SC/ST/OBC-169-OBC state domicile candidate shall be treated as UR) to register their names physically by submitting application in the prescribed "Application" format enclosed herewith along with relevant documents and Bank draft (Demand draft from any Nationalized bank preferably SBI) against registration fees accordingly on or before 22-11-2022 (Tuesday), 5pm at the office of Director of Medical Education, Government of Tripura at Bidurkarta Chowmuhani, Agartala to get their candidature registered for the mop up round counselling which is scheduled on 24th November, 2022 (Thrusday) at 1 p.m. at Karl Landsteiner Auditorium, Agartala Government Medical College(AGMC), Agartala.

The registration desk for newly registering candidates will be kept open in the Directorate of medical education Bidurkarta Chowmuhani from 21-11-2022 from 12 noon to 22/11/2022 (Tuesday) an official hours where the freshly Eligible candidates can register their names accordingly by submitting the bank draft of registration fees with their application as per application format along with copies of relevant documents.

For inservice candidates who are freshly eligible the candidate must submit the prerequisite No objection certificate(NOC) for NEET PG 2022 Exam and service certificate including of tenure of rural/difficult/remote area service in completed years(wherever applicable) from the Director of Health Service, Government of Tripura which is mandatory for the said candidate and shall be taken as eligibility to award additional incentive marks accordingly which must have to be submitted on or before 22-11-2022, 5pm at the office of Director of Medical Education, Government of Tripura at Bidurkarta Chowmuhani, Agartala along with all copies of relevant documents with his/her application to participate in the mop up round counselling. The candidates already registered in Round-1 and Round-2 need not submit registration fees but application in the prescribed format duly filled in by a candidate is mandatory for all the candidate intending to participate in mop-up Round. All registered candidates of Round 1 and or Round 2 of Tripura state NEET PG 2020 counselling who are not still admitted to any seat in any counselling till now or have not been allotted any seat in the AIQ Mop up round counselling are only eligible to participate in the Mop up round of Tripura State NEET PG 2n22 counselling. The attendance of registered candidates will be taken from 12 noon on 24-11-2022 (Thursday) at Karl Landsteiner Auditorium, AGMC. No seat will be allotted for an absent candidate in the Mop up round. The mop up round counselling of Tripura State NEET PG 2022 Counselling shall start from 1 p.m. as on 24-11-2022 accordingly. All The aspirant Eligible registered candidates must bring all original documents of all relevant certificates, devoid of which the allotment of any seat cannot be considered to him/her in the counselling. The application format is enclosed herewith as annexure-1.

SCHEDULE OF THE OFFLINE MOP UP ROUND OF TRIP 1RA NEET PG 2022 COUNSELLING

1. Registration Submission of application in prescribed format with all copies of relevant documents(with document of registration fees for fresh candidates) to be submitted physically at the office of Directorate of Medical Education at Bidurkarta Chowtnuhani, Agartala on or before 22" November, 2022(Tuesday) up to 5PM.

2. Offline MOP UP Round Counselling will be held at "Karl Landsteiner Auditorium", AGMC & GBP Hospital, Agartala at 1PM on 24-11-2022(Thursday). The candidates are instructed to report for the Counselling at 12 Noon and put their signature in the attendance register of the Counselling. The fresh attendance of any candidate after the start of the Counselling will not be considered.

3. Nomination will be issued on 25-11-2022(Friday) to the intending allotted candidates at office of the Directorate of Medical Education, Govt. of Tripura, Bidurkarta Chowmuhani, Agartala.

4. Admission of nominated candidates following physical verification of original documents which will be conducted in the admitting Institution is scheduled from 28-11-2022 to 30-11-2022 up to 5PM.(Monday to Tuesday)

5. Last date of joining to a MOP Up Round allotted and nominated seat is on 30-11-2022(Wednesday) by 5PM.

6. The allotted candidates seeking admission shall have to execute and submit necessary applicable bond(Service bond) before getting nomination and Discontinuation bond during admission.

7. The candidates are instructed to follow the Directorate of Medical Education websites regularly for updates, further notifications etc.

iv) MBBS Degree Certificate. Yes/No.

v) Mark sheets of MBBS(1' , 2nd Final MBBS including all Preclinical, Para Clinical & Clinical Subjects).Yes/No.

vi) Internship completion Certificate(must be completed within 31-05-2022). Yes/No.

vii) Registration Certificate. Yes/No.

viii) Date of birth Proof valid certificate. Yes/No.

ix) ST/SC/PwD/EWS certificate(whichever applicable). Yes/No.

x) NEET PG 2022 Admit Card. Yes/No.

xi) NEET PG 2022 Score/Rank Card. Yes/No.

xii) Bank Draft(Demand Draft) in favour of Directorate of Medical Education/original transaction copy(The details of the Account is published in the DME website for easy reference)

For In-Service candidates(in addition to above documents)

xiii) Relieving letter(for Round/admitted seat) and or Receipt Copy of Surrender within due date(wherever applicable)
