DME Tripura to Close Resignation Window for NEET PG 2024 Round 1, 2 Seats Today
Tripura- The Director of Medical Education (DME) Tripura is going to close the window for resignation from National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) Round 1 and 2 counselling seats for the academic year 2024-25
Through the official notice in this regard, DME Tripura has informed all the candidates admitted in the NEET PG Round 1 and 2 counselling 2024 that the last date for surrendering/resigning Round-1 and Round-2 seats with forfeiture of the security deposit is today i.e. 29 January 2025, by 5:00 PM. Earlier, the last date of surrender/resignation of Round-1 and Round-2 (with forfeiture of security deposit) admitted Seats was scheduled till 22 January 2025, 5 PM.

With this, the schedule of events, including choice filling, seat allotment, and admission, will be provided after receiving the merit list from the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS).
The Directorate of Medical Education under the Health & Family Welfare Department, Govt. of Tripura started its functioning on 15th October 2011. This Directorate deals with matters relating to Medical Education, like Medical Colleges, Regional Pharmacy Colleges, Nursing Colleges in Government and Private Sector, Nursing Education, Paramedical Education etc. The postgraduate courses in respect of some medical colleges are conducted by this Directorate.
