DMER Haryana releases schedule for 2nd Mop up, Stray Round Counselling for admission to left out vacant BDS seats
Haryana: Through a recent notice, the DMER Haryana has released the schedule for 2nd Mop up /Stray Round of Counselling for admission to left out vacant seats under BDS courses in all Government/ Private Dental Institutes including those under Private Universities - SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram, PDM University Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar in the State of Haryana for the Academic Session 2020-21.
It is for the information of all the eligible candidates desirous of seeking admission to BDS courses for the academic session 2020-21 and all other concerned that fresh registration for 2nd mop-up round/Stray round of counseling for admission to UG courses for the academic session 2020-21 shall be held as per the following schedule:-
2nd Stray Round for any leftover seats in BDS Course | ||
| Fresh registrations | 26.01.2021 to 27.01.2021 |
| Physical allocation at Pt. B.D Sharma UHS Rohtak for Private and Government Dental Colleges | 28.01.2021 |
| Forwarding the list of candidates in order of Merit equaling to ten times the number of vacant seats to the Dental Colleges by the Counselling authority | 29.01.2021 |
| 2nd Stray Round in case of any vacant seat in Government Dental College, Rohtak at Pt. B.D Sharma UHS, Rohtak | 30.01.2020 |
- The candidates, who have already registered themselves for the First/Second/Mopup Round shall not be required to register again.
- The candidates who have joined on the allotted seats in the all India Conselling/any State Counselling shall not be eligible to participate.
- The candidates shall have to bring all original documents and deposit requisite fee on the spot to the Chairman Admission Committee at the time of Mop-up/Stray Round failing which their candidature shall not be considered and seat will be offered to next candidate in merit. The fee can be deposited through NEFT/RTGS, Credit card, Debit Card, Demand Draft in favour of Counselling and Admission on NC for Department of Medical Education & Research(DMER) payable at Rohtak. The fee in all institutions has already been notified in the Notification vide No. UHSR/Acad/A-II/2020/9527 dated 23.11.2020 (the same can be downloaded from University website
