DMER Maharashtra invites applications for allotment of Govt Social Responsibility Service to Super-Specialists, Details
Maharashtra: Through a recent notice Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER) has informed about the online application and online allotment of Government Social Responsibility Service to Super-Specialty degree holders and seat matrix for bond service for DM/MCH Super specialty passed candidates winter batch 2021.
According to DMER, the process of the central round for the allotment of bond services to super specialty candidates will be carried out by filling the application form by email and by online allotment.
The available vacant posts –
1. Assistant Professor in Government/Corporation Medical College.
2. Speciality Medical officers in Mumbai Corporation Medical Colleges/Hospitals.
DMER has requested the candidates to fill out the application form in the prescribed format and send it to DMER by email address. The application form and the preferences can be filled in by email at dmer.cetit@maharashtra.gov.in between 7th February 2022 till 10th February 2022 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Suppose any candidate does not fill the online application form, thereby refusing to get an allotment of bond service then, in that case, the candidate will be considered not interested in complying with the bond services. For such a candidate, the recovery of the bond penalty amount will be initiated.
Declaration of allotment of bond service to candidate and issue of recommendation letter through email will be made on 10th February 2022 till 5:00 pm. The recommendation letter will be communicated to the candidate through their registered email id. Candidates will have to take the printout of the recommendation letter and report to the allotted institute with requisite documents within 7 days from the date of the recommendation letter.
The vacancy position of the post is likely to change anytime. On 7th February 2022, the detailed information, including the number of vacant posts, the format of the application form, eligibility criteria, tie-break for selection, list of documents required to be submitted to the institutes, will be published on the DMER website med-edu.in. A list of eligible candidates for allotment of bond services is available on the DMER website www.dmer.org with information.
DMER has further notified that candidates will be allotted seats as per subject merit for the post of Assistant Professor based on marks obtained in the Superspeciality examination. All posts will be allotted on a merit basis as an open category.
Following documents attested photocopy have to submit at the respective institute where the candidate will be allotted post –
1. SSC pass certificate /valid passport for age proof.
2. Superspeciality mark sheet.
3. Degree mark sheet/grade certificate.
4. Attempt certificate of all MBBS, MD/MS examinations from the head of the institute.
5. MBBS degree, pass certificate, MBBS mark sheet.
6. MD/MS degree, pass certificate, MD/MS mark sheet.
7. Permanent resignation certificate of Maharashtra Medical Council or other State Medical Councils in India/MCI.
8. Online recommendation letter of allotment of bond service.
The selection of candidates for the vacant post shall be as per the merit list procedure. There will be 4 levels in this. In, candidates with having the highest aggregate marks in DM/MCH examination (super specialty) will be preferred. If the tie persists, then level 2 will come in which candidates having the highest aggregate marks in final MD/MS will be preferred. If the tie persists, then level 3 will come in which candidates' highest marks in MBBS final will be preferred. If the tie persists, then level 4 will come in which the older candidate will be preferred.
The seat matrix for bond service for DM/MCH Super specialty passed candidates winter batch 2021 –
The total seats allotted are 15 across 5 courses. MCH Pediatrics Surgery has been allotted the highest number of seats which is 7.

2. DM Neonatology – 2
3. DM Clinical Hematology – 2
4. DM Pediatrics Anesthesia – 1
