DMER Maharashtra Invites Online Application For MPH Nutrition course 2022-23, 160 seats available for candidates
Maharashtra: Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER Maharashtra) invited online applications for Master of Public Health (Nutrition) MPH (N) for the academic year 2022-23.
The cost of the online application form of MPH (N) 2022 is Rs. 1500 through the payment gateway provided for it. The candidates should take the printout of the Receipt of the online fee payment. This application fee is not refundable. Login Link will be available on www.med-edu.in/ to verify the application form.
There is a provision to make changes in the application form before clicking on submit button. The candidate should verify the correctness of entries made in the application form. There is no provision to make changes in the Application form once submit button is clicked.
The duration of the course will be for 2 years.
The detailed schedule –
1. Online application form filling will be available on www dmer.org website – 13th August 2022
2. Payment of Rs.1500/- through online mode at State bank Of India - 13th August 2022
3. Last date for online filling of application form - 26th August 2022
4. Last date for Payment through Online mode - 26th August 2022
5. List of Applicants & Seat Position - 29th August 2022
6. Online Preference form filling process - 30th August 2022
7. Last date for online Preference form filling process – 5th September 2022
8. Publication of 1st selection list - 8th September 2022
9. Last date for joining of 1st selection round - 14th September 2022
10. Publication of 2nd selection list - 19th September 2022
11. Last date for joining of 2nd selection round – 23rd September 2022
Provisional Schedule for Institutional Level Round –
1. Publication of vacancy position on DMER website - 27th September 2022
2. The eligible desirous candidate to apply in person to respective college on plain paper - 28th September 2022 - 30th September 2022 up to 5.00 pm
3. Publication of Merit List, Selection List, and wait List at the notice board and the website of respective colleges - 3rd October 2022 02.00 pm
4. Joining of selected candidates as per selection list with Original Documents and requisite fees - 4th October 2022 – 10th October 2022 up to 5.00 pm (excluding holidays)
5. Publication of residual vacant seats on college notice board & website 11th October 2022 at 11.00 am
6. Filling of Residual Vacancy from wait-listed candidates as per Merit List - 12th October 2022 - 17th October 2022 up to 6.00 pm
7. Cutoff date for MPH (N) for academic session - 20th October 2022
8. Academic session will start on – 1st October 2022
Eligible candidates will be selected based on aggregate marks obtained in all the qualifying examinations for graduation. Preference will be given to MBBS followed by BDS/BAMS/ /BUMS/ BHMS/BPTH/BSc (PMT), BSc & PBBSc Nursing. The selected candidate should report to the allotted college and take admission by paying the requisite fee and depositing original documents as per the above schedule.
The institutional level round for Government Medical Colleges is scheduled from 27th September 2022 to 20th October 2022. Institutional Round will be run by Government Medical Colleges and for seats remaining vacant after the second round. For the Institutional round, eligible and interested candidates should approach to the Dean of the respective college within the prescribed time and submit the application in person.
At the time of admission during the Institutional Round, the College Authority will form the Committee for document verification, which will verify each candidate's eligibility as per the MPH (N) 2022 information Brochure. The selected candidate should submit all their Original Documents along with requisite fees in the form of DD during the prescribed time limit. The candidate's sole responsibility is to submit all his original documents and requisite fees at the time of admission.
Eligibility Criteria –
1. MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BPTH /B.Sc (PMT) B.Sc & P.B .B.Sc Nursing
2. The Candidates must have completed a requisite internship in a respective degree course when filling out the application form.
3. Candidate must have passed graduation from the institute situated in the State of Maharashtra.
4. The candidates who are domiciled in Maharashtra and who have obtained admission under 15% quota for appropriate all India entrance examination for courses in health sciences in the college/institution situated outside Maharashtra State and who have obtained the degree from a University situated outside the State of Maharashtra will also be eligible for admission to MPH (N) course. Such candidates should submit a certificate from the Dean/Principal of their respective college stating that the candidate was admitted under 15% quota for all India entrance tests for courses in health sciences, and Candidate's Domicile certificate of Maharashtra by virtue of residence.
5. The candidate belonging to Backward Class must have claimed so in his original application form, failing which such a claim will not be entertained subsequently.
160 seats are available for the academic session 2022-23.

The fee of Rs. 40,000 for the course should be paid at the respective college by Demand Draft from any Nationalized/Scheduled commercial Bank in favor of the Dean of College, as applicable. The candidates will have to pay examination fees, one-time eligibility fees, and any other fees as and when made applicable.
Students will have to pay the total amount of fee for their respective academic years before the commencement of the respective academic year. Students will have to pay examination fees and any other fees applicable as per the latest changes made by MUHS.
