Andhra Pradesh: Dr YSR University Of Health Sciences issued instructions for the candidates who appeared for Phase-II Web Based counselling for admission into MBBS course under Management Quota

Phase-II of Web based counselling for admissions into UG MBBS course under Management quota for the academic year 2022-23 is completed and allotments are released on 03-12-2022 to the selected candidates. The candidates can download allotment letter through online after paying requisite fee of Rs.25,100/- for B category and Rs.65,600/- for C (NRI) category. The last date for reporting at the allotted colleges by 03.00 PM on 07-12-2022.

In this connection, I am to inform you that, this University has verified the uploaded scanned copies of the candidates for UG Medical admissions. The Original certificates of the candidates were not verified by the University.

I therefore, request you to constitute an admission Committee internally at college level for verification of the original certificates of the allotted candidates at the time of admission at college and ensure that the candidate has fulfilled the eligibility criteria as per NMC (MCI) Regulations.

The "Committee" to be constituted at the colleges shall verify all the Original certificates of the candidates as University has verified only the scanned and uploaded documents. Any deviation should be brought to the University notice immediately.

Phase II- College wise allotments

The list of documents to be verified at the time of admission is specified vide Annexure- I.

You are further requested to admit the candidate duly following the admission procedure and on production of original certificates and verification of allotment order of the candidates with the list available in the University website.

Further, I request you to freeze the data of Not joined/Reported candidates by 05.00 PM on 07-12-2022 through the following link https://ugmq.ntruhsadmissions.com/ugmq_principal/ duly following the instructions of the Service Provider.

While admitting the candidates, the following guidelines are to be followed:

1. The Candidates who are selected in the Phase-II of counselling for Management Quota seats shall produce their Original Certificates and pay the tuition fee at the respective college duly submitting required bonds at the time of joining.

2. Tuition Fee:

As per G.O.Ms.No.146 HM & FW, (C1) Department Dt.05-11-2020, the following is the tuition fee in respect of the Category-B & C seats in Private Un-aided Non-Minority and Minority Medical Colleges in Andhra Pradesh per annum for 4 ½ years.

NOTE: The selected candidates for MBBS course in Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women (under SVIMS), Tirupati have to pay the tuition fee at the respective college. Candidates shall visit SVIMS Website http://svimstpt.ap.nic.in for details of tuition fee and other fee particulars.

3. Any candidate already joined in a seat under Phase-I of Management Quota in AP can slide to a seat under Management Quota (Phase-II) in another college as per the options exercised. In such case, the tuition fee and other fees already paid for the Management Quota is to be returned to the candidate by the respective college (Phase-I) along with custodian certificate. The original certificates of the candidates shall be forwarded by the previous college to the slided college after closure of admissions only.

4. As per the orders dated.22.07.2022 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Contempt Petition (C) No.289 of 2022 and as per the Notice 12021/01/2022-MEC, dt.12-07-2022 of DGHS, HM&FW Govt. of India, New Delhi, the joined candidates up to round 2 of AIQ or State Quota shall not be eligible to participate in the further rounds for All India Quota or for State Quota from the academic year 2022-23 onwards.

5. All the candidates shall be informed that there is no provision for resignation from MBBS seat herein after.

6. All the allotted candidates either in Phase-I or Phase-II will not be eligible for further rounds of counselling to prevent seat blocking.

7. The candidates shall be informed as follows:

As per G.O.Ms.No.72, HM&FW (C1) Dept., dt.15-07-2019, if any candidate wants to withdraw from the course after the closure of admissions, in the middle of the course such candidate has to submit his/her request through the Principal of the college concerned along with course discontinuation fee of Rs.3,00,000/- for MBBS plus GST as applicable to the University by way of demand draft drawn in favour of the Registrar, Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences, payable at Vijayawada.

Note: The requests received directly from the candidates for withdrawal from MBBS course will not be entertained under any circumstances. Any request shall be routed through Principal concerned only as per the G.O.Ms.No.72, HM & FW (C1) Dept, dated.15-07-2019.

The above instructions should be followed strictly, in order to meet the time schedule for MBBS course as per Govt. of India / NMC norms.

1. University Allotment Order (Please verify and confirm with the list in the University website), Application form and Verification Report. Please notice the remarks if any given in the Verification Report.

2. NEET – UG 2022 Score card issued by the National Testing Agency

3. Date of Birth Certificate. (SSC or its equivalent certificate).

4. 10+2 certificate. (Intermediate Grades Certificate not accepted)

5. Transfer Certificate

6. Minority Certificate (Muslim only)

7. Photo Identity Proof (Aadhar)

8. Caste Certificate (to verify eligibility, if secured less than General Category cut off marks)

9. PwD Certificate (to verify eligibility, if secured less than General Category cut off marks)

10. Documents required for NRI seats in Private Non-minority/minority Medical/Dental Colleges
