Either Complete Registration process or get your PG, SS admission cancelled: NBE tells 326 Diploma, DNB, FNB Doctors
Delhi: Noting that around 326 doctors have not completed their registration formalities with the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for the year 2021 and 2022, the NBE has now given them a last warning to either complete the process by December 15th or get their admissions cancelled
Through a recent notice, National Board of Examinations (NBE) has informed regarding the Cancellation of candidature of 2021 and 2022 Admission Session trainees to pursue NBEMS courses.
Total 326 NBEMS Trainees fail to submit their applications for registration to NBEMS, DNB Post Diploma 71 trainees,DNB Post MBBS 87 trainees,DrNB Super Specialty 75 trainees,NBE Fellowship 17 trainees, NBEMS Diploma 75 trainees and 1 Fellowship Programme for International Student.
List of trainees who have failed to comply with NEBMS notice dated 08.11.2023
After joining a seat for an NBEMS course, the trainee is registered with the NBEMS for training in respective course for the entire duration of the course.
The eligibility of the trainee for said NBEMS programme is determined on the basis of prescribed criteria in the information bulletin for respective entrance examination. On successfully meeting the criteria and submission of required application with prescribed documents to NBEMS, the trainee gets registered with NBEMS. A letter to this effect in form of a “Letter of Provisional Registration” is communicated to the trainee and his/her training institution.
" It was noted that some trainees of 2021 and 2022 admission sessions failed to submit their applications and/or prescribed documents for registration with NBEMS despite lapse of prescribed timelines and multiple reminders/opportunities. All such trainees were given a FINAL OPPORTUNITY to submit their applications and/or prescribed documents for registration with NBEMS, latest by 30th November 2023, failing which their candidature for training programme was informed to be cancelled without giving any further opportunities," the NBE stated in its notice
A list of trainees of 2021 and 2022 admission session who have failed to submit their applications and/or prescribed documents for registration with NBEMS, even by 30th November 2023, is published herein below:
" Candidature of all these trainees to pursue NBEMS courses shall be deemed as CANCELLED and they shall be removed from the roll of NBEMS trainees by respective training institutes w.e.f. 16.12.2023 in an event they fail to submit their applications for registration to NBEMS along with the prescribed documents by 15.12.2023 (11:55 PM)," the NBE added
Application Form and prescribed documents for Registration with NBEMS can only be submitted through Online Portal for Joining and Registration (OPJR) which can be accessed.
Application Form/ documents submitted through any other mode shall not be processed, the notice further added
