FMS Delhi notifies on documentation of CW category Candidates seeking MBBS, BDS admissions under 85 percent Quota, details

New Delhi- Through a notice, the Faculty of Medical Sciences College (FMSC) has notified regarding the submission of the documents for entitlement/concession for seeking admission under CW category (85% Delhi Quota) to various UG courses (MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BUMS/BHMS) for the Academic Session 2025-26.
Recently, the Deputy Director General, DDG (ME), informed that the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) counselling is likely to start soon for the academic year 2025. Therefore, through the notice, FMSC has requested all the NEET qualified applicants seeking admission under CW category to various UG Courses (MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BUMS/BHMS) under 85% Delhi Quota for the Academic Session 2025-26 to submit the relevant documents relating to CW concession/entitlement on the official portal of Delhi University.
The portal has already been opened from 05th July 2025 which is soon going to be closed on 09th July 2025, 5:00 p.m. To submit the document, candidates need to visit the official website of the FMSC, then go to the home page and select Course updates of MBBS/BDS.
The notice further stated that the consolidated list of the registered candidates on the CW portal for entitlement under Delhi Quota ($5%) shall be verified by the MCAC (UG) for their eligibility as per norms of the University of Delhi. The list of the candidates eligible for Delhi Quota (35Y) shall be provided to the KSB, PMA Cell, MHA (for priority V (vii & x) and WARB, MHA (for the remaining Priorities Priority I to V only) along with the application forms and relevant documents for verification, as the case may be. The candidates who will not fulfill the eligibility criteria for Delhi Quota (85%) will be excluded from the list with the remark "Outsıde Delhi candidate".
In addition, the provisional duly verified list of the eligible candidates for their entitlement under CW Category the KSB/MHA shall be forwarded to the MCCfor the commencement of the Ist Round of counselling to conduct the counselling and to allot the seat on the basis of All India Rank, Category and Priority of the respective candidates for provisional admission subject to verification of the original documents by the concemed college at the ame of reporting for ndmission by the selected candidate.
NEET UG counselling for the academic year 2025 is going to be conducted soon by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The counselling is being conducted in 4 consecutive rounds, i.e. Round 1, Round 2, Mop-up Round and Stray Vacancy Round.
The counselling is divided into two parts, where one part of counselling will be conducted for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats, MBBS/BDS seats of States (J&K UT participation is subject to their contribution of seats), 100% MBBS/BDS seats of BHU, 100% MBBS seats of AIIMS across India, 100% JIPMER seats (Puducherry/Karaikal), 100% AMU, 15% IP quota seats of ESIC.
