Gujarat CPS Diploma Admissions: DME Releases Counselling Schedule For Offline Round

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) released the counselling schedule for the offline round of counseling for CPS Diploma Courses 2021-22.

Detailed counselling schedule –

14th June 2022 –

Reporting Time – 8.30 am -

1. Category - Candidates included in Merit – 3

2. Merit No - ALL (General Merit No. 1001 to 1071 [Including ST category Merit No. 14 SC category Merit No. 17 To 19 SEBC Category Merit No. 125 To 143 EWS Category Merit No. 67 To 79])

Reporting Time – 9:00 am –

1. Category – PwD Candidates included in Merit - 1

2. Merit No - ALL (PwD Merit No. 01 & 02)

Reporting Time – 9.30 am –

1. Category – Candidates included in Merit - 1

2. Merit No - ALL (General Merit No. 01 to 300) [Including ST category Merit No.: 01 To 13 SC category Merit No.: 01 To 14 SEBC Category Merit No.: 01 To 119 EWS Category Merit No.: 01 To 63])

Reporting Time – 10:00 am

1. Category – Candidates included in Merit - 2

2. Merit No - ALL (General Merit No. 501 to 525) [Including SC category Merit No.: 15 & 16 SEBC Category Merit No.: 120 To 124 EWS Category Merit No.: 64 To 66])

The candidates note that those who have selected the help center for the offline round of CPS Diploma Courses 2021-22 will be allowed to participate in the offline round.

The venue includes –

1. B. J. Medical College, Ahmedabad

2. Smt. NHL Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad

3. Government Medical College, Vadodara

4. Government Medical College, Surat

5. Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Medical College, Rajkot

6. Government Medical College, Bhavnagar

7. GMERS Medical College, Dharpur, Patan

The candidate who will remain absent at the date and time of counselling allotted to them will have no right to admission. An Authority letter or proxy will not be allowed for offline counselling admission. Before the counselling process, all the candidates should see the seats on the admission committee's website. The admission committee shall allot the seats as on available vacancies. The candidates must reach the selected help center 30 minutes before the scheduled time for counselling.

Without original documents and prescribed fees, the candidates will not be granted admission under any circumstances. They are advised not to leave admission premises till instructed by the ACPPGMEC-CPS officer.
