Gujarat PG Medical Admissions 2021: Round 3 Choice filling date extended till April 7, Details
Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME) has recently announced the extended date of choice filling and has released the various instructions for the PG candidates for the round 3 of the counselling process.
The Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC) conducts PG counseling for the state of Gujarat. The counselling process is conducted based on scores obtained in NEET PG.
As per the notice, the candidates can do the choice filling till 7th April 2022 till 5:00 pm. To participate, candidates need to give consent from their login. They can change / swap / add/delete the filled choices of their round 2.
DME has further notified that the candidates who had canceled their state quota seat after 6th March 2022 will have to re-join the admitted seat of state quota again by reporting at the same help center. They can report till 7th April 2022 till 5:00 pm and will have to submit all original documents & tuition fee receipt.

As per the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India Judgment on 31st March 2022, candidates having joined status at the end of round 2 of state counseling up to 6th March 2022 will not be allowed for the AIQ Mop-Up round. However, candidates in the canceled list above do not re-join, then also, they are not eligible for AIQ Mop-Up round because the committee will send the joining status list up to6th March 2022 to the Medical Counseling Committee.
The candidates who got admission in the Special round of the All India quota for 146 seats will only be allowed for cancelation. And those who have reported / non-reported during rounds 1 and 2 of state counselling can participate in the further rounds of the counselling process for state quota seats.
