INI CET July 2026: PGIMER notifies on round 2 reporting, list of required documents

Chandigarh: The Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, has informed candidates allotted MD and MS seats through the second round of Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI CET) counselling for the July 2026 session conducted by AIIMS, New Delhi, about the physical reporting schedule, venue details, online form submission process and documents required for admission formalities.
In this regard, the institute has released an important notice detailing all the information for the candidates. Therefore, as per the notice, the instructions apply to candidates who were allotted seats at PGIMER Chandigarh through the Round 2 seat allocation result issued by AIIMS, New Delhi.
Physical reporting will be conducted according to the schedule mentioned in the AIIMS Notification. PGIMER has announced the reporting schedule along with venue, according to which candidates are hereby directed to report on 11 July 2026, at the NINE Auditorium, PGIMER, Chandigarh and from 13 to 16 July 2026 at APC (Advanced Paediatrics Centre) Auditorium, PGIMER, Chandigarh, between 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
Meanwhile, before appearing for physical reporting, candidates must fill out the prescribed online Google Form using the link or QR code provided in the official notice. After submitting the form, candidates will receive an email containing a PDF attachment to the registered email ID.
Additionally, the Round 1 candidates who retained their allotted seat (Not Upgraded candidates) must also complete the same online form and follow the prescribed reporting procedure.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FILLING UP THE FORM
1 Please mention your name same as mentioned in MBBS Certificates and do not prefix ‘Dr.’ with the name.
2 Please mention the category under which the seat is allotted.
3 Please exercise your Option on INICET Portal before filling up the Form and take a printout of the seat allocation slip after exercising your Option.
4 For Sponsored Candidates, please mention the name and Complete Address of your Sponsoring Authority.
PGIMER has instructed candidates to carry a clear, single-sided printout of the said PDF on legal-size papers are to be carried along with the following documents at the reporting venue-
1 Offer Letter.
2 Seat Allocation Slip (printout after exercising the Option).
3 Admit Card.
4 INICET Registration (acknowledgement after registration for INICET).
5 Copies of Passport and Visa (if applicable) (for Foreign Nationals & OCI).
6 Copy of OCI Card (for OCI candidates).
7 Rural Area Certificate in original (for RAS candidates).
8 Sponsorship Certificate in original (for sponsored category).
9 NOC in original (for sponsored and in-service candidates).
10 Conduct Certificate in original (will be given time if not available at the moment).
11 Migration Certificate in original (will be given time if not available at the moment).
12 10th or Birth Certificate in original and photocopy.
13 MBBS Degree/Provisional in original and photocopy.
14 MBBS Marksheets year-wise in original and photocopy.
15 Internship Completion Certificate in original and photocopy.
16 Category Certificate (for reserved categories) in original and photocopy.
17 Permanent/Valid Provisional Medical Council Registration in original and photocopy.
18 Passport-sized photographs (4 Nos.).
NOTE
1 Not Upgraded seats candidates need to carry the reporting slip/acknowledgment of original documents issued by this institute if original documents are submitted at PGIMER Chandigarh.
2 Upgraded seats candidates need to submit the reporting slip/acknowledgment of original documents issued by the institute where the seat was allocated in the first round along with a set of photocopies of all the originals mentioned above.
3 PwBD candidates need to carry the reporting slip and acknowledgement of original documents issued by AIIMS New Delhi.
4 Mere submission of the form responses does not confirm reporting unless the candidate presents himself/herself with the required documents.
