JIPMER Announces Conduction Of III-Year Postgraduate Orientation Program For MD, MS, DM, MCH, MDS Courses
Puducherry: Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) has announced the conduction of III Year Postgraduate Orientation Program on Research Methodology for MD, MS, DM, MCh & MDS residents.
As per the notice, the PG Orientation Programme on Research Methodology for the final year MD, MS, DM, MCh & MDS residents is scheduled to be held in JAC Mini Auditorium on 4th, 5th & 6th January 2024 between 9.00 am to 4.30 pm (with one-hour break).
All the Heads of the Departments running MD, MS, DM, MCh & MDS Programs are requested to kindly send the name list of Final Year MD, MS, DM, MCh & MDS residents (June 2024 exam going batch) with their e-mail IDs and Mobile number in the prescribed format on or before 11th December 2023 to nttc.jipmer@gmail.com as a word file.
The list needs to be attached in the following format –

The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research is a medical school located in Pondicherry. It is an institute of national importance (INI) and a tertiary care referral hospital. It is under the direct administrative control of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the Indian Government, with autonomy to run its internal administration. The courses include undergraduate, postgraduate, super speciality, fellowships, PhD programs, post-basic diplomas, and certified courses.
JIPMER originated in the year 1823 as the Ecole de Medicine de Pondicherry, established by the French Government. It was renamed Dhanvantari Medical College in 1956 at the time of the de facto transfer of Pondicherry to the Government of India. It was established on its current campus in 1964 and is spread over 1922 acres.
