KEA Begins NEET PG 2024 Mop-Up Round Counselling, Registration Open Until January 18
Karnataka- The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has opened the registration window for the National Eligibility and Postgraduate Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) mop-up round counselling for the academic year 2024. The KEA has enabled the online registration portal after the qualifying criteria for PG courses (Medical) for NEET PG counselling 2024 has been reduced to "15 Percentile" for General and "10th Percentile" SC/ST/OBC as per MoHFW.
Candidates who are willing to participate in the said counselling can apply for Karnataka NEET PG mop-up round counselling 2024 through the official website of KEA.
Karnataka NEET PG 2024 mop-up round counselling 2024 registration window will end on January 18 at 11 am. Along with this, the counselling fee submission process will also end on January 18, 2025, therefore, applicants must pay the Karnataka NEET PG 2024 counselling fee by January 18 to be eligible for the mop-up round.
As per the official notice in this regard, all the PG Medical candidates who are eligible due to the lowering of the qualifying percentile can register, submit the application online and pay the fees from today i.e. 15 January 2025 from 6.00 pm to 18 January 2025 before 11.00 am to become eligible to participate in the Moр- round seat allotment only for the available PG Medical seats along with other eligible candidates. Meanwhile, the PG Medical candidates who were eligible earlier but did not register can also register and complete the application process.
Additionally, candidates who will register for NEET PG mop-up round counselling 2024 will have to report at the KEA office in Bangalore from 16-18 January 2025 for document verification to confirm eligibility. Applicants will need the following documents for Karnataka NEET PG 2024 counselling-
1 Class 10 certificate
2 MBBS degree
3 NEET PG result
4 Scan of full signature as used during NEET PG registration
5 Print out a duly filled and signed online application form
6 Updated medical registration certificate
7 Permanent resident certificate
8 Service certificate (if applicable)
9 Authorization letter (if applicable)
10 MBBS mark sheet
11 Internship completion certificate
12 Scan of passport size photograph of the candidate as submitted in the NEET PG application form
13 Category certificate (if applicable).
All Originals and two sets of photocopies are to be produced along with the final print of the application form, PG NEET-2024 scorecard and Identity card. Documents will not be verified for the candidates who fail to produce the required original documents as per their eligibility and they will not be eligible to participate in the mop-up round. Candidates are advised to ensure that they are carrying all the originals, before coming to KEA, Bangalore for verification.
Moreover, Physical Disability candidates of PG Medical who got eligibility due to lowering qualifying criteria should appear for medical examination along with relevant certificates a Identity cards, on 20 January 2024 at 11.00 am, at KEA, Bangalore.
