KNRUHS begins Round 1 PG medical admission process, issues notice on web options, Details

Telangana : Through a recent notice, the KNRUHS has informed about the exercising of web-options for first Phase counselling of PG Medical Degree/Diploma Admissions under competent Authority Quota into Medical Colleges Affiliated to KNRUHS & NIMS.

The university has hereby notified about the conduct of 1st phase of web- based counseling for allotment of the Post Graduate Medical seats under Competent Authority Quota for admission into PG Medical Degree / Diploma courses for 2021-22 in affiliated Government Medical colleges/Private Non-Minority/ Private Minority Medical Colleges and Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad.

The candidates whose certificates were uploaded at the time of online registration and provisionally verified by staff of concerned departments and whose names are notified as eligible in the provisional final merit list of PG Medical Admissions and subsequent modifications in the merit list as notified on the website of KNRUHS Warangal are eligible to exercise web - options online from computer with internet connection.

All the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the Provisional final merit list on KNR UHS website can exercise web options as eligibility for admission into PG Medical Degree/ Diploma seats, including Service Quota and PWD Quota seats from 8.00 A.M. on 25-01-2022 to 2.00 P.M. on 27-01-2022 .

For eligibility criteria and regulations refer to notifications dated: 19-11-2021

UNIVERSITY FEE: Allotted Candidates have to pay University fee of Rs.20,600/- by way of payment gate-way on-line and down-load the allotment letter

TUITION FEE: Tuition fee is to be paid at respective Medical colleges. The tuition fee payable as notified by Government of Telangana in GO Ms No:20 HM& FW Dept.Dated:14.04.2020 and relevant Hon'ble High Court Orders.

NOTE:

The details of seats available (seat matrix) are placed in the website http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in The candidates can exercise web options for PG Medical Degree / Diploma Courses in all Medical Colleges under KNRUHS and NIMS through https://tspgmed.tsche.in Competent Authority Quota seats in Minority Medical Colleges will be allotted to Muslim Minority Candidates only. Muslim Minority Candidates are also eligible for Competent Authority Quota seats in other Medical Colleges.

The allotment of seats will be made in accordance with the existing Government orders (Notified on KNRUHS Web-site) and relevant Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble High Court orders.

Instructions to Candidates:

Eligible PG Medical Candidates as per provisional final merit list can exercise web options for Post Graduate seats in all Medical colleges and NIMS, Hyderabad as per their eligibility, interest and priority.

Eligible Service Candidates whose names are displayed in the provisional final merit list of PG Medical Admissions on KNURHS web-site can exercise web options for PG Degree/ Diploma seats for Medical Colleges affiliated to KNRUHS.

Candidates are advised to go through the prospectus of KNRUHS and NIMS available on website before exercising web options for the regulations.

Candidates exercising web-options for PG Medical Degree / Diploma courses are informed that, there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web-options, candidates can exercise web options for any number of subjects and colleges the candidate is interested to join as per eligibility.

Candidates are advised to exercise web options for PG seats in courses and colleges inwhich they are interested to join. If they are not interested to join in any subjector college then they should not exercise web options for the same.

IMPORANT NOTE : CANDIDATES ARE INFORMED THAT IF THEY EXERCISE WEB- OPTIONS FOR A SEAT AND ALLOTTED A SEAT AS PER THEIR CHOICE IN THE WEB- COUNSELING AND IF THEY DO NOT JOIN THE COURSE AT THE ALLOTTED COLLEGE THEN THEY WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXERCISING WEB- OPTIONS FOR SUBSEQUENT ROUNDS OF COUNSELING TO PREVENT SEAT BLOCKING.

Candidates can exercise options on the web either from home / any other place having internet facility.

One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile at the time of saving web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z (for details read instructions to the candidates before giving options.

The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking), check their allotment and report to the Principal of respective college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.

Candidates are hereby informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the college of admission and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action may be initiated as per University Regulations.

Selected candidates have to report at the respective colleges before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter with all original certificates, submit the relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee / college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date, the admission will be cancelled automatically and the candidate will not be permitted to exercise web options for subsequent rounds to prevent seat blocking.

Original certificates will not be returned to the candidate, unless the candidate discontinues the course or is selected in All India Quota Counseling. If the candidate slides to other college before free exit during subsequent phase of counseling, the original certificates will be returned to candidate for submission at slided college.

Original certificates will not be handed over to candidates after free exit even if he/she to slides another college and Principal will issue custodian certificate for reporting at slided college.

Candidates will have to pay discontinuation penalty amount of Rs.20 lakhs as per Government Orders, if they discontinue the course after the last date for free exit from admission as notified by University on web-site to get their original certificates back.

The University fee and other fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
