KNRUHS Informs on Web Option For Round 1 MBBS Admissions, 4517 seats available
Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) informed about web options for MBBS admission for 2022-23. In addition, the seat matrix and corrigendum to the provisional final merit list have also been released.
All the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the provisional final merit list, including PWD, CAP categories and EWS quota candidates on the KNRUHS website, can exercise web options for admission into MBBS seats till 1.11.2022, 2 pm through the website
Candidates whose certificates were uploaded at the time of online registration and provisionally verified by the staff of concerned departments and whose names are notified as eligible candidates in the provisional final merit list of UG Medical Admissions on the KNRUHS website are eligible to exercise web - options online from the computer with internet connection.
University Fee –
Allotted Candidates have to pay the University fee of Rs. 12,000/- for MBBS Course through a payment Gateway through an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter.
Tuition Fee -
Tuition fee is to be paid at respective Medical colleges. The tuition fee is payable as notified by the Government of Telangana in GO Ms. No:5, HM& FW (C1)Department, Dated:27. 01.2022 (notified on KNRUHS website)

The allotment of seats will be made by the selection procedure notified in Government orders G.O.Ms.No. 114 HM&FW(C1) Dept. Dated:05-07-2017, subsequent amendments, G.O. Ms. No. 125, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (C1) Department Dated: 22.09.2022, relevHon'ble'ble High Court/Supreme court orders and University regulations.
Candidates are advised to go through the Prospectus and the Government Orders on Rules of UG admissions available on the website before exercising web options for the regulations.
Competent Authority Quota seats in Minority Medical Colleges will only be allotted to Muslim Minority Candidates. Muslim Minority Candidates are also eligible for Competent Authority Quota seats in other Medical Colleges.
Candidates are informed that if they exercise web- options for a seat and are allotted an MBBS seat as per their choice in the web- counseling, and if they do not join the course at the allotted college, they will not be eligible for exercising web- options for subsequent rounds of counseling.
Important Instructions to The Candidates -
1. Eligible NEET-UG-2022 qualified candidates per the provisional final merit list for Competent Authority Quota can exercise web options for MBBS seats in Medical colleges as per their interest and priority https://tsmedadm.tsche.in/ from a computer with an internet connection.
2. Candidates are advised to go through the prospectus for the regulations for the MBBS course of KNRUHS, available on the website, before exercising web- options.
3. If a candidate is allotted a seat in the MBBS course as per their options and does not join the course, they shall not be permitted to exercise web options in subsequent phases of counseling and admission to prevent seat blocking.
4. Candidates exercising web options for MBBS courses are informed that there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web options. Candidates can exercise web options for any number of colleges they are interested in joining as per the candidate's eligibility.
5. Candidates are advised to exercise web options for MBBS seats in courses and colleges they are interested in, and there is no limit to the number of options. Candidates can exercise options for all colleges.
6. Candidates in the Provisional final merit list are informed that if they do not exercise web options in the first phase of counseling, they are not eligible to exercise web options in subsequent phases of counseling to prevent seat blocking.
7. One-time password will be sent to the registered mobile number when exercising web-options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z. (For details, read construction to the candidates before giving options)
8. Candidates are instructed to take a printout of saved options.
9. Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after the allotment of a seat if allotted. Candidates are also informed to log in to check their allotment status on the https://tsmedadm.tsche.in/ website after each phase of counseling.
10. The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using an Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should check their allotment and report to the Principal of the respective college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.
11. Selected candidates have to report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the process of admission. Suppose the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining. In that case, the admission will be canceled automatically, and the candidates' options shall not be considered for subsequent phases of counseling and admission to prevent seat blocking.
12. Candidates are now informed that finalinal verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be canceled, and an act may be initiated per University regulations.
13. Selected candidates must report at the respective colleges before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and the relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the admission process. Suppose the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date. In that case, the admission will be canceled automatically, and the candidate will not be permitted to exercise web options for subsequent rounds to prevent seat blocking.
14. Original certificates submitted at the time of admissions shall not be returned to the candidate unless the candidate discontinues the course before the second phase of counseling. For example, if the candidate slides to another college during the second phase of counseling, the original certificates will be transferred to the allotted college.
15. Candidates are informed that as Hon'ble'ble Supreme Court orders and MCC/DGHS, Ministry of Health Government of India notice no. U-12021/01/ 2022-MEC, dated. 12.07.2022 and by GO.Ms.No. 109 HM & FW Department, dated. 22.08.2022, admitted candidates are not permitted to withdraw from the course after the second phase of counseling. Candidates are also informed that admitted candidates who have joined upto round 2 of All India quota and State Quota shall not be eligible for further rounds of All India Quota and State counseling ( Competent Authority Quota and Management Quota).
16. Admitted candidates will have to pay a discontinuation penalty of Rs.20 lakhs per Government Orders if they discontinue the course after the second phase of counseling to get their original certificates back.
17. The University fee, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
