KNRUHS Notifies On Special Stray Vacancy Counselling for MBBS Management Quota Seats, Details

KNRUHS Notifies On Special Stray Vacancy Counselling for MBBS Management Quota Seats for 2024-25.

Telangana- The Kaloji Narayan Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) is going to conduct the Special Stray Vacancy phase of web-based counselling for admission into vacant MBBS seats under Management Quota for 2024-25 after the Additional Stray Vacancy phase of counselling at Nova Institute of Medical Sciences and Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences affiliated to Anurag University.

As per the notification in this regard, the special Stray Vacancy are being conducted as an additional vacancies phase of counselling which was held on 3rd November 2024 and out of 8 allotted candidates, 2 did not join the allotted seat. Therefore, all the eligible candidates of the Provisional final merit list for Management Quota on the KNRUHS website can exercise web options for admission into MBBS seats from 08.00 A.M. on 27 November 2024 to 06.00 P.M. on 27 November 2024.

UNIVERSITY FEES

Allotted Candidates i.e. the B-Category have to pay Rs. 40,000 University fees through the payment gateway by using online payment methods such as Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking and downloading the allotment letter. However, university fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

TUITION FEE

1 The tuition fee payable at the time of admission-

i Nova Institute of Medical Sciences – 11.55 lakhs.

ii Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences - Rs:15 lakhs.

2 Tuition fees are to be paid at respective Medical colleges (security deposit will be transferred to the allotted college, remaining amount to be paid at the college).

Meanwhile, the security deposit can be paid in the form of a Demand Draft in favour of the Registrar, KNRUHS payable at Warangal. The DD can be submitted at the Helpline center, Director of Admissions, Kakatiya University, Warangal between 10.00 A.M. on 22nd to 04.00 P.M. on 23rd November

Along with this, selected candidates have to report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates, and relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically and the security deposit will be forfeited. The candidate will be considered as being part of seat blocking and the candidate has to pay a penalty of Rs. 20 lakhs and also debarred for 3 years for MBBS admission under KNRUHS to prevent seat blocking.

Candidates are hereby informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action may be initiated as per University Regulations.

The details of the vacant seats (seat matrix) available in the Vacant seats for Special Stray Vacancy phase of counselling are as follows-

Accordingly, to prevent seat blocking and wastage of seats the following measures are being implemented by the University-

1 Candidates have to deposit an amount approximately relevant to the annual tuition fee of the category to which they want to exercise web options i.e., ‘B’ Category (security deposit).

2 Candidate’s web options shall be considered to the specific category (‘B’’) to which the security deposit has been credited to the University.

3 The security deposit of candidates who are allotted seats shall be transferred to the account of Principals of the respective colleges after reporting by the candidate.

4 The security deposits of candidates who are not allotted any seats shall be refunded to the same bank account from which the DD is made or DDs shall be returned.

5 The security deposit of the candidates who do not join the course after allotment as per their priority of web options shall be forfeited.

6 . In addition, Candidates are liable to pay Rs.20 lakhs as a penalty and will be debarred for 3 years from KNRUHS admissions if they do not join after allotment.

Candidates registered under the Management Quota of KNRUHS subject to the conditions mentioned below for eligibility to exercise web options can pay the security deposit to be included in the Special Stray Vacancy phase of Counselling-

1 Candidates who were allotted seats in the previous phases of counselling and joined the course (CQ and MQ) for MBBS are not eligible to exercise web options.

2 Candidates who were allotted seats in the previous phases of counselling and have not reported/discontinued the course under Management Quota for MBBS at the respective college are not eligible for exercising options.

3 Candidates who have not exercised web options in the previous phases of counselling under Management Quota for MBBS are also not eligible to exercise web options.

4 Candidates who are admitted in MBBS/BDS courses under All India Quota Counseling as notified by MCC and as admitted in other states notified in the MCC portal are not eligible to exercise web options. Options of Candidates allotted seats in the Special Stray Vacancy round of MCC shall not be considered.

5 Any candidate who is admitted into an MBBS course in any medical college is advised not to exercise web options as it amounts to seat blocking.

6 If any candidate violates this and the same is noticed by the University at any stage/at a later date, the admission stands cancelled automatically and the candidate is liable for punishment as per law and the details shall be submitted to the National Medical Commission for further course of Action.

7 Ineligible candidates as stated above shall not be permitted to exercise weboptions even if they make payment of security deposit to university.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

1 Eligible NEET-UG-2024 Candidates who fulfil the conditions as mentioned above and per the Provisional Final Merit List can exercise web options for vacant Management Quota MBBS seats in both Medical colleges as per their interest and priority from the computer with an internet connection.

2 Candidates exercising web options for the MBBS course are informed that there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web options. Candidates can exercise web options for both the vacant seats in colleges the candidate is interested in joining as per eligibility.

3 Candidates can exercise options on the web either from home / any other place having internet facility. Candidates are instructed to take a printout of saved options

4 One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile at the time of saving web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z (for details read instructions to the candidates before giving options.

5 Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after allotment of seat if allotted. Candidates are also informed to log in to check their allotment status.

6 The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by using an online payment gateway method (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should check their allotment details and report to the Principal of their respective college.
