KNRUHS to hold verification process For PwD Candidates seeking PG Medical admissions, Details
Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) announced the date for the verification of candidates selected under the persons with disability quota (PwD) for PG Medical courses under the competent authority quota for the academic year 2022-23.
As per the notice, the process will be held on 6th September 2022 from 10:00 am at NIMS, Punjagutta, Hyderabad.
Eligibility –
1. The Candidate should be a Citizen of India.
2. Candidate should have qualified in NEET-PG-2022 by securing marks of Cut-off score.
3. Candidate should have passed MBBS/ Equivalent Degree examination from a Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.
4. Candidates who hold a recognized Medical Degree should have obtained Permanent Registration from the Medical Council of India / State Medical Council after completing the compulsory rotating internship.
5. Candidates who satisfy the Local / Non-Local status as per GOP No. 646 Education (W) Department Dated: 10-07-1979 (Presidential Order) only are eligible to apply for determining the State Merit position for Competent Authority Quota seats in respective categories as per NEET-PG-2022 score.
6. MBBS Graduates should have completed internships on or before 31-07-2022 from recognized Medical Colleges (by MCI/NMC).
7. In the case of in-service candidates, Government service rendered shall be calculated as of 31-07-2022.
The University will take up the verification of certificates with regard to eligibility conditions. If the information furnished by the candidates in the application is incorrect, their candidature will be canceled, and further action that deems fit will be taken. Candidates' eligibility for admission into PG courses for the academic year 2022- 2023 will be examined by the University only after scrutiny of the application, along with all copies of required certificates and provisional final merit list will be notified.
Admissions will be in accordance with the Orders issued from time to time by the State Government with regard to the process of Admissions to Post Graduate Medical Courses and relevant Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble High Court orders.
