MBBS, BDS, AYUSH 2021: ACPUGMEC releases Round 1 choice filling and allotment schedule, Check out details

MBBS, BDS, AYUSH 2021: ACPUGMEC releases Round 1 choice filling and allotment schedule, Check out details

Gujarat: In a written notice Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) has informed about the schedule, choice filling guidelines and the procedure for admission confirmation for candidates seeking MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, admissions in Gujarat this year.

Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses conducts the counselling process for UG medical, dental and AYUSH courses in Gujarat.

The seats include Government, Management & NRI Seats for Dental and Medical, Government & Government Seats of Government, Grant in Aid & SFI of Ayurvedic and Homeopathy Courses in Government and Self-Financed Colleges.

NEET schedule 2021 (choice filling, seat allotment, payment of fees, document verification) -

1. Choice Filling – 27th January 2022 (12:00 pm) – 31st January 2022 (4:00 pm).

2. Display of Choices filled by candidates – 31st January 2022 till 12:00 am.

3. Display of Seat Allotment – 1st February 2022 at 5:00 pm.

4. Payment of Fees via Online Banking and at designated branches of HDFC Bank – 2nd February 2022 (12:00 pm) – 7th February 2022 (12:00 pm).

5. Reporting & Original Document Submission at Help Center – 2nd February 2022 (2:00 pm) – 7th February 2022 (5:00 pm).

Details issued by ACPUGMEC & ACPPGMEC -

1. The online allotment of seats for UG and PG courses is based on merit cum choice in institutes permitted by the concerned council.

2. The candidate can choose based on the course of choice, choice of the institute, Government or Self-financed Institute, and tuition fees.

3. The candidates are advised to fill all the available choices irrespective of the institute's status so that during the process of allotment if any institute gets permission, they can get admission in that institute.

4. In the 2nd and subsequent round of choice filling, allotment of seats will be carried out as per the Closure of the first round, irrespective of choices filled in by the candidate of the first round.

5. Closure of current round will be displayed along with allotment result of that round.

6. If a candidate is failed to confirm the admission on the allotted seat due to any reason, such candidate shall not be allotted the same type of seats in the same institute in the successive rounds of counselling.

7. If the candidate fails to lock choices, it will be automatically locked on the last day of choice filling

8. After choice filling, ACPUGMEC will declare results as per the merit number and choices filled by the candidate.

9. Candidate can download his allotment letter and fees challan from his account after login with the help of User ID & Password.

10. Candidate has to take prior appointment for the Document Submission at Help Center.

11. Candidate can select the Date and Help Center for Document Submission at the time of printing the Allotment Letter.

12. After payment of tuition fees, the candidates who have been allotted seats have to submit their original documents at the appointed Help Centre.

13. Help centres are working between working days between 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.

14. The candidates have also been advised to visit www.medadmgujarat.org. for updated information.

Choice filling option details -

1. Click on the Medical, Dental, Ayurvedic & Homeopathy tab under undergraduate admission. A new window will appear on the computer screen(Undergraduate Admission, Medical, Dental, Ayurvedic & Homeopathy).

2. Click on Apply for Admission in Medical, Dental, Homeopathy, and Ayurvedic button. A new window will appear on the computer screen.

3. Click on Candidate Registration/Login. A new window will appear on the computer screen.

4. Enter user ID (Sr No. of PIN), Password, 14 Digit PIN, Captcha & Click on Submit button. A new window will appear on the computer screen.

5. Click on choice details 3 options will be displayed (available choice, fill choice, the print choice will appear). Available choice choices available can be seen. Infill choice choices can be filled. After locking the choice printout, the list can be taken in print choice.

6. Click on the available choice to start the process for choice filling. A new window will appear on the computer screen.

7. Choices can be filtered out based on the branch, institute, and seat type.

8. Click on fill choice to start the process for choice filling. A new window will appear on the computer screen.

9. Box 1: Filter choices. ( Branch: MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, Institute type: Blue colour – Government and Grant-in-aid Institute; Green colour – Self-financed institute, Seat type: GQ – Government, Management NRI Seat).

10. Box 2: add choices. An unlimited number of choices can be added.

11. Box 3: Re-arrange choices by serial number.

12. Box 4: delete all filled choices and start choosing new ones again.

13. Click add in the left side panel; the choice will be shifted to a right-side panel.

14. Save choice.

15. Save and exit.

16. After the save and exit choices page, the candidate can review choices. Click on modify choices to modify choices. After typing 14-digit PIN no., lock choices after clicking on lock choices.

17. Box 1: take a printout of locked choices.

18. Box 2: un-Lock and modify filled choices after entering 14-digit PIN No. till time and date decided by ACPUGMEC.

Fee payment details -

1. Candidate can pay the tuition fees of allotted college either by online payment mode through the official website of ACPUGMEC or by cash/ Demand Draft through a designated branch of a bank.

2. After payment of tuition fees, students have to collect receipts generated from the ACPUGMEC portal in 2 copies and a copy of challan (2 copies).

3. NRI Quota candidates have to pay Rs. 5.00 lakh (as Refundable Deposit) by online payment gateway or cash or Demand Draft in favour of ACPUGMEC payable at Gandhinagar in the designated bank's branches approved by ACPUGMEC.

4. After paying the refundable deposit, candidates will have to confirm the admission by submitting original Documents at the help centre.

5. Candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollar or equivalent amount in any other foreign currency on or before 11th February 2022 up to 12:00 pm.

6. If any candidate fails to deposit this fee at the admitted institute in the stipulated timeframe, the admission will be considered cancelled. The deposited amount will be refunded after the completion of the admission process.

Documents required -

1. Allotment Letter of ACPUGMEC.

2. Receipt of Payment of Tuition Fee at Bank.

3. Tuition Fee Receipt generated thru' Admission Module.

4. Print Copy NEET-UG mark-sheet of the current academic year.

5. 10th and 12th mark sheet.

6. Document showing the place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship.

7. Domicile Certificate (with signature and stamp of Authority) issued by competent authorities (Mamlatdar / Executive Magistrate / Commissioner of Police) of Gujarat State.

8. For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by competent authorities of Gujarat State.

9. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate issued by competent authorities of Gujarat State.

10. For EWS Category: EWS certificate issued by competent authorities of Gujarat State.

11. Copy of Passport (if Citizenship is Dual).

12. Fitness Certificate.

13. Tuition fees consent.

ACPUGMEC has declared the result of the first round of admission for MBBS, BDS, BAMS & BHMS seats.

To confirm admission, the candidates need to follow the following process –

1. Candidates need to log in to their account.

2. Check allotment status.

3. Print the Allotment letter and take an appointment at the nearby help centre from login. For NRI candidates GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar only.

4. Print fees challan & make Online payment through ACPUGMEC portal or go to nearby designated HDFC bank. Fees can be deposited using Cash or DD.

5. If fees are paid at the bank counter, then collect fees receipt provided by HDFC bank and fees challan stamped by HDFC bank.

6. Visit the help centre for document verification.

There are 32 help centres across Gujarat for UG and PG Medical candidates.
