MCC Extends Date Of Resignation For INI SS Round 1 Allotted Candidates
Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has extended the date of resignation for INI SS round 1 allotted candidates.
As per the notice, MCC has received requests from INI allotted candidates who could not resign within the stipulated time given for resignation i.e., up to 05:00 PM of 03.12.2023 due to varied reasons.
Such INI-allotted candidates who want to RESIGN/ NOT REPORT their Round-1 seat allotted through MCC should send their INI-SS RANK LETTER along with the following undertaking (Copy attached) to MCC on email id: colleges.superspeciality@gmail.com up to 10:00 AM of 12.12.2023. Candidates who send emails along with required documents within above mentioned time will only be allowed to RESIGN/ NOT REPORT ON ALLOTTED SEAT WITHOUT FORFEITURE. As informed earlier, such candidates will not be eligible to participate in further rounds of SS Counselling 2023 being conducted by MCC.
The resignation facility will be provided from 03:00 P.M of 12.12.2023 up to 05:00 PM of 14.12.2023.
Candidates who are allotted INIs and wish to resign their seat may approach their allotted college to resign and collect their original documents within the stipulated time. The candidates should ensure that the resignation letter is generated ‘Online’ from the MCC portal by the college authorities. Any offline resignation taken by the college will be treated as ‘Null & Void’.
The INI-allotted candidates who do not report on their allotted seat will be allowed Free Exit only if they send mail along with required documents within the stipulated time. Candidates are advised to stay in touch with the website for updates on the further schedule of counseling.
Undertaking for resignation/ not reporting of round-1 seat of SS counseling 2023 –
“I hereby declare that I have been Allotted rank in INI-SS Entrance Examination conducted by AIIMS (Rank Letter attached) for admission in D.M/ M.Ch/ MD(HA) courses for INIs namely AIIMS New Delhi & other participating AIIMS, PGIMER, JIPMER, NIMHANS and SCTIMST. I wish to RESIGN/ NOT REPORT the seat allotted to me in Round-1 of SS Counselling 2023 being conducted by MCC.
However, I am aware that once I resign/ Not report the Round-1 seat without forfeiture of security deposit, I will neither have any claim on seat allotted to me through MCC nor will I be eligible to participate in further rounds of SS counselling 2023 conducted by MCC”.
