MCC issues notice on documentation of CW category Candidates seeking MBBS, BDS, AYUSH admissions under 85 percent Delhi Quota, details
Delhi: Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has asked the candidates seeking admission under the CW category (85% Delhi Quota) to various UG courses (MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/BUMS/BHMS) to submit the relevant documents related to CW concession/entitlement.
The Competent Authority of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi, has decided to get scrutinized/verify the CW category entitlement certificates with respect to applicants who are seeking admission in various UG medical courses (MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/BUMS/BHMS), the academic year 2023-24, as per the direction of the Deputy Director General, DDG (ME), Government of India and Member Secretary, MCC.
In this respect, the portal for the submission of documents by CW candidates has been created, and the link to the portal is https://www.forms.du.ac.in/mac/view.php?id=125054.
The NEET UG counselling is likely to start soon. There for all the NEET UG 2023 qualified candidates seeking admission under the CW category to various UG courses under 85% Delhi Quota needs to submit the relevant documents related to CW concession/entitlement on the portal of Delhi University https://www.forms.du.ac.in/mac/view.php?id=125054.
The candidates can submit the documents by visiting the website of the Faculty of Medical Sciences (www.fmsc.ac.in). They need to go to the home page and then “course update of MBBS/BDS and click on the link https://www.forms.du.ac.in/mac/view.php?id=125054. The portal will remain open till 3.7.2023 (5:00 pm).
The Medical Counselling Committee is an organization under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, and responsible for allotting seats for undergraduate, postgraduate, and super-speciality medical and dental courses in government-run/aided colleges and deemed-to-be-university colleges. It allows seats online based on the candidate's score in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Factors considered during allotment are merit, reservation eligibility, and the preference list submitted by the candidate.
