Medical Dialogues had earlier reproted that the repeated extension of the choice filling window for NEET UG Round 1 of counselling has drawn backlash, as the medical aspirants on social media have accused the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) of playing with their future.
Issuing a notice on August 10, MCC extended the choice-filling window once again- reportedly for the seventh consecutive time. MCC extended the choice filling till August 11, when MCC was supposed to release the result of round 1 seat allotment on August 11 as per its revised schedule released on August 8, 2025.
Social media users addressed such repeated extensions and expressed their disappointment over the issue. They accused MCC of experimenting with the timetable and playing with the future of NEET aspirants.
