Along with this, the process of verification of the data of the candidates appeared by the institutes and sharing the data with MCC was scheduled on 4th and 5th February 2025. The NEET PG Round 3 Counselling 2024 was commenced from 11th January 2024.
Medical Dialogues recently reported that A group of postgraduate medical aspirants approached the Supreme Court seeking cancellation of the All India Quota Round III of the National Eligibility-Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET-PG) 2024 exam.
Approaching the top court bench, petitioners pointed out that Round III of the All-India Quota counselling for NEET-PG (AIQ round) started before Round II of the State round of counselling concluded in certain states, especially Madhya Pradesh.
They argued that due to the clash in the counselling schedule for AIQ and State Quota since a lot of candidates from the State Quota who were otherwise not eligible to register for AIQ Round III, got a chance to register and block a seat in AIQ Round III when the State Round II counselling opened.
