MCC NEET SS 2024 Counselling: 3682 Seats up for grabs, 196 in Tamil Nadu- Check out complete seat matrix HERE
New Delhi: For the ongoing NEET SS counselling 2024 being conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) under DGHS, a total of 3682 DM, MCh and DNB SS seats are up for grabs in 49 specialities.
The maximum number of DM seats are available in the speciality of DM Cardiology with 471 seats, followed by DM Neurology with 299 seats, and DM Nephrology and DM Medical Gastroenterology with 224 and 207 seats respectively. The maximum number of M.Ch seats are available in M.Ch Urology with 344 seats, followed by M.Ch Neuro Surgery with 324 seats, and M.Ch Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with 257 seats.
Meanwhile, as per the final seat matrix released for Tamil Nadu, a total of 196 super specialty seats are available – comprising DM and MCh seats across 25 specialities. Among the DM specialities, DM Neurology has the highest number of seats with 28, followed by DM Cardiology with 21 seats, and DM Medical Gastroenterology with 13 seats. In the M.Ch stream, the highest number of seats are available in M.Ch Neuro Surgery and M.Ch Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with 18 seats each, followed by M.Ch Urology with 15 seats.
